Sara was a great host. We had a great stay and enjoyed all the house had to offer. We would love to stay again.

You can tell they care for their property & for guest experience. During our trip there was an unexpected freeze that impacted outdoor pipes despite them letting us know we should run the pipes (because who thinks about that on vacation!) and they were so expedient in coming to resolve the issue which we couldn’t thank them for enough! In addition to these kind hosts, if you’re lucky you’ll find yourself with a gaggle of kittens running through the backyard too😋

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Thanks Anthony for the great place to stay and the extremely flexible check in time. Place was clean and private, everything worked and the pool was great to take a dip in between the activities we had planned. We are planning to take another trip next year and will absolutely be getting a hold of u again.. we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, thanks again!!!

We had a fantastic time and the location was perfect!

A new home in East Nashville. I stayed here for a month and it was perfect. Location is the best in town, more residential vibe than downtown with cute shops and cafes. The space was perfect for me. And had everything anyone needs. Only one thing would have been to have a washer and dryer in the room adjacent to the bathroom. Being there a month meant spending a lot on laundry! But otherwise I’d not change a thing about this place. Highly recommended for long and short stays for the best of Nashville in well decorated and very cute pool House. Nealy was always available via the app and the check in and out was so easy. Parking spot was also great as I had a car for a few days.

amazing clean place to stay!

The air bnb was small but perfect for what we needed. We were able to easily come and go. It was quiet and simple. Perfect for what we needed.

We needed a place fairly close to Vanderbilt that would accept a 70 pound dog and this place fit the bill. Very clean (I gave four stars just because a few pieces of silverware didn't seem to be cleaned well - everything else was good), and the pictures represented the property well. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it has a surprisingly big fenced back yard, which was great for our dog! Comfy furniture and bed and our stay went smoothly. The hosts are great communicators and reached out proactively with helpful information. Aesthetically some different guests might want some updates (a fresh coat of paint in a few rooms maybe, and an update to the main bathroom) but we don't care much about that. Also, if you need a big kitchen, look elsewhere. But for us, this place was perfect. We'll be staying here again in a few weeks, on our way back through Nashville, and we're looking forward to it.

Dorinda’s place had everything six of us needed for a weekend in Nashville visiting bars and listening to great music. Home was nicely stocked with basic necessities. Dorinda was very responsive when we reached out.

The home was well equipped and had everything we needed including earplugs and a white noise machine to help with the noise from the street. Would book again!

this place was amazing! Jeff was super responsive and answered every question. He was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The house was really really nice. It was comfortable. Plenty of space close to everything yet. Far away from the craziness of Broadway lol. I would give this place 10 stars if I could and I will be staying there again when I go to Nashville!

Perfect house! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short uber to downtown Nashville which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

The Red House is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a Kroger market close by. The house is close to the airport which is a plus for an early morning flight. It did take us about 25 minutes to drive to downtown but we enjoyed being away from the busy downtown. Terje was always available to answer questions.

The house was absolutely adorable. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. If I ever need a place in Nashville again, I will for sure stay here again.

Highly recommend this place great host and very communicative

Nathan hosted our dance team while we were in town for a dance convention. This home surpassed all expectations. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided and then some. Would absolutely recommend staying and will absolutely book again if our group returns to Nashville. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had!
