We are now renting out our nice villa in child-friendly Nykvarn ( Brokvarn) Our house consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, playroom ( which can be easily used as a bedroom ) Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and laundry room. Carport with charging box and place for about 3 cars. Hopping up with the carport there is a winter insulated room with windows that are currently being used as a video game room To the south, you will find a terrace of about 90 sqm with heated pool and hot tub for cold evenings. A smaller terrace on the front of the house.

Seaside New England villa 5 min off Trosa

A New England inspired seaside house built in 2020 located with a large deck in a brilliant south facing position. Offering the best of Swedish nature and sea only 50 minutes from Stockholm C. Between the trees the sea sparkles and it takes only a few minutes to walk down to the water where you will find sandy beach with swimming jetty, playground, swings and barbecue area. You will find the hot jacuzzi in the large terrace for those a little colder days or those who fear the sea's cool. It takes about 5 minutes into Trosa city center by car.

Great surroundings with forest and walking paths, as well as 10 minutes walking distance to buses as well as trains that take you into Stockholm city in 30 minutes. Here you will find the tranquility with fantastic surroundings of greenery. 4 bedrooms, a living room, two toilets, outdoor lounge group, trampoline, hot tub etc.. Tips on excursions in the near area, Taxinge castle 15 minutes by car. The barnland 5 minutes walking distance. Diversity house 10 minutes walking distance Hökmossbadet walkway.
