The Most Charming City Area!

A full floor apartment in a beautiful building, monument of architecture dating from 1885. Located in the center, 30m away from Shishman Str and Sveti Sedmochislenitzi square. The area provides all kind of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, art galleries. The apartment is very quiet. Although it is in downtown, the apartment offers a courtyard that will give you privacy and keeps you sheltered from the city buzz! You’re always welcome to knock on my door for advice about Sofia’s night / day life!

Quiet But Central Place for Four

The house is located on a quiet street in the center. Very rare combo in Sofia. Walking distance from museums, bars and landmarks. Main bedroom has a Kingsize Bed and a desk where you can get some work done. The second bedroom has two single beds and another desk. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook and serve for four people. And my personal favourite is the ukulele room, equipped with books for beginners, so this could be your first steps with this lovely instrument.

A great place and location

Hello. Our house is located in the middle of the center of Sofia .. just two-three minutes from the main pedestrian street - “Vitosha blvd”, where some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the city are located. and within walking distance of most museums and major sites of interest. The property is completely renovated and furnished with new furniture..thought exclusively to provide the greatest comfort to travelers who choose to stay here. It is on the first floor.

Central Entire home located in the heart of Sofia

The house is located in the center of Sofia, a step away from a metro station and tram stops, but in the same time it is in an inside patio, so it is silent and you can enjoy your rest. All around there are restaurants, cafes and shops, so you can take advantage of both sightseeing and night life. The house is 2 min walk from the “Palace of Justice" the starting point of the "Sofia free tour"; St Nedelya Church; Church of St Petka of the Saddlers; Serdica Ruins and many others.

Cozy house in Sofia

Small cozy house close to Vitosha mountain and with an easy quick access to city center-15min with tram. It is an open space with fully equipped kitchen , ideal bedroom, sleeping area with a large double bed, table for dining or distant working. There s also a bench with table in the yard, in front of the house. The place is perfect for a stay in the capital city,or mountain hiking, distant working, etc.
