This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. "Ostblick" Cozy under the roof!

This cozy attic apartment is very lovingly and tastefully furnished. It is located in a quiet residential settlement above a garage in the beautiful Lastrup and has its own entrance. It has a nice, bright bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are within walking distance.

Pretty private one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in a neat look awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a single-family house . PAPENBURG is about 6 km Beautiful quiet location. Magnificent view of the unspoiled nature, orchard. You can relax and unwind there. Near the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is located in my house, you have your own entrance area .

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.
