Holiday rentals in Solana

We transferred over to Richard’s Airbnb location seamlessly during the last hurricane. The place was very spacious, comfortable, with high end finishings, easily accommodating myself, daughter, granddaughter, and pet. Richard was a great host especially considering the circumstances. Very responsive and openly communicative when needed or necessary. We would definitely stay at Richard’s Place again when in the area. Eric - out of state traveler

Beautiful condo that felt like a separate residence. Looks exactly as shown in the photos. Very thoughtfully and well equipped in the kitchen and throughout the home. Easy walk to the private beach. Solen was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Siesta Key.

Great to see Captiva coming back to life. The condo was like new and only steps away from the beach. Sean was great to communicate with and very responsive to the few messages we sent in addition to checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great time!!

Very nice place to stay. Perfect location to the beaches and nice restaurants/hang out spots that were very close. Very quiet and peaceful. September is a quiet month - not lots of tourists. Lovely place that was clean and nicely decorated. My only issue was that the shower water never got above luke warm. I like hot showers. Otherwise, very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The home is stunning in every way. From the incredible high end decorating and furnishings, awesome floor plan/layout and an unreal screened in patio overlooking the water. When you stay at Jack’s place it’s more than just staying at an awesome home, it’s an experience. Jack is clearly a highly experienced host and is committed to you having a great stay - he is super responsive and the place is set up perfectly. If you are looking to take in the tranquility of Siesta Key and just take a break from it all … this is the place for you. We will definitely return.

We throughly enjoyed our 5 weeks at your place! The location couldn’t have been better, centrally located to everything Venice has to offer! We’ve stayed in many air b&b’s over the years and usually have a hard time sleeping but the beds were wonderful! Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant!

We enjoyed our time in Troy’s place in Punta Gorda. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool is amazing and fishing from the dock was fun.

Elizabeth was so helpful when I needed anything. I had trouble getting into the house, but she quickly offered an alternative solution. The house was exactly as pictured/described and even better in person. I hope that I can reserve this place again in the future. 10/10 recommend.
