Guest room with TV & twin daybed w/trundle bed that pulls OUT & UP to be an extra twin bed (upon request). Florida room w/a futon that can lay down to be a full size bed (sleeps 2-upon request) Work desk & fully fenced in backyard! Fully stocked kitchen (coffee pot, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave & cooking supplies!) Free Washer/dryer. Ask about kayak rental/boat tours!

Seasonal vacation rental with Heated pool

The living room has a 65 " smart TV,wall mounted with a LCD Fireplace below with surround sound- All TV's have Netflix.The bar room has a small refrigerator,pool table and dart board.Outside has a private lanai with Heated pool and a propane firepit.Enjoy the sonos sound with 55" smart TV in the Master bedroom the second bedroom also has a TV. The bar room,also has sonos as well as the lanai.30 minutes from several beaches.The garage will not be available.Home located in a quiet Cul de Sac

Cute comfy clean canal home fishing wildlife 3B/2B

Our Airbnb is the perfect place to relax. It’s a great space to play games or watch a movie. It has a nice Florida room that overlooks our fresh water canal or grab a chair and head down to the canal to chill or fish! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 30 min to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach or only 55 min to Siesta Key Beach. Or enjoy Port Charlotte Beach Park with a small beach, pool, boat launch and playground which is only 5 miles from our Airbnb.

Amazing Peace River Views

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.

Great Escape

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.Easy walking distance to harbor and down town. Taxis, Uber, Lyft available from airport as well as locally. During your stay I like to give my guests their privacy, but if any need arises or you just want to say “hello” in person, I live on the other side of the fence and can be reached anytime. Self check in with keyless entry.
