Welcome to our tropical homestead! This unit has 1 double bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, and a large patio. Our property is fully fenced and gated which provides safety and privacy. We are located just off the 307 Highway, tucked into a lovely jungle community only 3 km from the beach. We are located between Tulum and Playa del Carmen, making excursions to either location simple. The town of Akumal is a 3 minute drive away and has restaurants, a beach, a turtle and a monkey sanctuary, and more!

The LOFT is a uniquely designed bungalow. The stairs to the loft bedroom are made from Cocobolo wood and beams overhead are exposed which add beauty to this space.
