Excellent location. Lots of places to eat. Collectivo goes right by the front door. Very centrally located to meet our needs.

Was nothing but pleasant from start to finish. Clean and comfortable bed, looks like the photos and had a cute shop inside the house to purchase any clothing. Would highly recommend.

Monica's place was perfect for holiday, she was also very easy to communicate with.

The place is comfortable and has everything one needs for a short stay, especially they accept the dogs who have now become the companions of the couples

Everything is the same as the description, the only thing I did not like was the curtain, since it gave the sun directly in the mornings and in the afternoons; in the night when the light came on, everything was visible from the outside.

the arrival at the accommodation was very easy, Juerguen welcomed us and explained everything, always pending, quiet area and fantastic location for those who want a beach almost private and with snorkeling a meters from the shore on the pier next door, I would come back without hesitation... thank you 😊

Israel was always in communication with us, was very kind to allow us to extend the departure time of the Airbnb, I highly recommend staying with him!

Samy, it was such a pleasure to meet you and stay at Casa Del Sol. The time we spent in/ next to the pool was unforgettable. Thanks to Arturo and Sylvia for being so hospitable, gracias Mama! The AC worked great, even for my -always hot- spouse. It worked out to be under $80 CAD per night for us and it felt like we had a private hotel room, with a private pool near a beautiful park close to the centre of Cancun. I highly recommend staying here. We had some trouble navigating the neighborhood with our rental car, but with google maps preloaded we got around safely and efficiently. Reserved spots for tenants on the street outside the gate. The wifi at Casa Del Sol was great. Samy was very responsive, ensure to use her number! If you’re not sure about something make sure to ask her, her instructions are very thorough. Hosting is definitely a skill Samy has developed very well. When we return to Cancun, we hope to stay at Casa Del Sol again!

All good , only there was no hot water and there were 6 people and there were only two towels

Andres is a great host. He’s very attentive to details and flexible if something changes. Great value, a fantastic location and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I will definitely check availability the net time I’m in Puerto Moreles!
