Holiday rentals with a kayak in Somerford Lagoon

We had an amazing girls weekend away at this beautiful lakeside lodge! Everything was perfect, and the communication beforehand, along with all the provided information, was excellent. 100% recommend !

Beautiful home in a stunning location. Holly (the owner), Jayne and Chris (housekeeping/ maintenance) were so easy to communicate with. We had one issue and within ten mins of calling, Jayne and Chris were at the door to resolve it. Very clean, comfortable and so peaceful. Lovely coffee shop on site, Cirencester is 10 mins away, and Stow is 30 (free parking at Tesco!). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Thanks Jill we had an excellent Easter break with 2 of our adult children. The house was spotless and we all loved the decor. It was very cosy especially with the wood burner lit. The property is ideally situated to explore the Cotswolds, and Jill’s suggestion to explore the villages like Bibury and Bourton on the Water early morning is a must. We drove through both villages early afternoon and it was packed..more like theme parks! We would highly recommend this property and Jill is an excellent host with exceptional communication

The house was beautiful, in a great location with stunning views. The loft room was a great surprise to show the rest of the group. Laura & Dries we're great accommodating hosts and made us feel very welcome. There's plenty of activities in the area and lakes to explore. It was perfect to then come back to the house and watch the sun set from the deck.

We had a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived, it was not just a check in, it was a nice hot cuppa, and a lovely chat until we were shown our rooms. Our stay in the four poster room, with adjoining sitting room was amazing, as is the house with all it’s history, if we hadn’t been off to a New Years party, we would have happily stayed there. Would thoroughly recommend !!!

We were looking for a comfortable home big enough for 3 generations to celebrate the Christmas week. With 26 Clearwater, we found it! Lovely location, quiet, with great amenities - enjoyed the heated outdoor pool on Xmas eve! Great walks around the lakes that Max our dog really appreciated. The house is beautifully appointed with a good sized and very well equipped open plan kitchen / dining room / living room on the first floor overlooking the lake. As we "self catered" throughout, this allowed us all to participate in the cooking without feeling left out whilst the other family activities were going on. Talking of which, you will never be short of board games as the house is extremely well equipped with such things. Naomi promised that the house would be decorated for Christmas and indeed it was, with a full sized tree, amongst other garlands and decorations, so Santa was able to get down the lovely log burner and deliver for Christmas! Great stay, the hosts were great at communicating information, the location was peaceful and tranquil. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away from there busy lives to truely unwind. Would love to stay again

Katy was a wonderful host, she sent very detailed directions ahead of our visit, met us on arrival and couldnt of been more helpful. The cottage is perfect, it has everything you need, is tastefully decorated and immaculatelyclean. There were also some treats for us and essentials like tea, coffee, milk. Great location for exploring on foot or bike. We can't wait to go back!
