This large inviting and peaceful home is appx 4500sq ft, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, game room, living, dinning, large large kitchen, courtyard in the back, large covered porch. It is perfect for entertaining, or hosting family gatherings. Excellent location, nice view, and in the heart of town. Fishing, hiking, rafting down the Brazos, dinosaur world, or see the dino footprints. Breakfast is NOT provided when the whole B&B is rented.
