What a wonderful apartment in the heart of Arras! Marie-Claude is a super fantastic host - charming, responsive and helpful. Her apartment has everything you need for a stay plus some very thoughtful touches - selection of drinks in the fridge, great selection of tea, coffee etc, use of her Netflix account etc. Very comfortable bed and lovely bohemian art work on the walls, and various ornaments. A fabulous selection of books - fantastic 👏

beautiful place in a good location, the sea nearby, restaurant.... everything you need. The accommodation is very cozy, it feels good , the bedding is at the top . A place as described, everything is impeccable and the decoration is neat. Quiet environmental

Clean and tastefully renovated accommodation, modern and functional. Ithas everything you need to spend a weekend. The sofa bed had been prepared for our son as we arrived late at night. The apartment is a few meters from a pebble beach and playground for the children, a large supermarket and some restaurants. I would recommend this place you will be able to radiate in the Bay of Sum easily Important Things to note: -It is not completely dark in the rooms to sleep in if you are sensitive plan a wolf. -THEAPARTMENT is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, it was not a problem for us as indicated in the listing. -the sofa bed is not very comfortable I don't recommend sleeping there for more than a weekend.

A big thank you to Vincent for his welcome and kindness with whom I was able to communicate by phone before (to get information) and after the stay (to make sure everything was in place). We stayed one night to pick up from our bike trip (Paris -> Mers) and leave in the early morning after a shower and a good night. The apartment was spotless. Recommended!!!

Corentin and Elsa were always available and responsive to answer my questions, very welcoming as well. The accommodation was spotless, nice, bright, charming, very comfortable bedding. Mention ++++ for the spa where we were able to enjoy it during our 2 days and nights, it was pleasant moments of relaxation, the vaulted basement has a crazy charm, everything is done to make you feel good! The accommodation is very quiet, we spend very good nights there. Thank you again for the option of the path of "fresh rose petals" which embalmed beautiful scents of the apartment. We had a great weekend, not counting on the charm of Amiens:-) We recommend and will be back!
