Had a wonderful stay in Graz. There was lots to do in the area, and the location is quite close and easy to walk to and from the train station. Plus, the host is timely with their promised response time if a concern arises, i.e. check-in, amenities, local tourist spots, restaurants & convenience stores.

The place was beyond our expectation. Fully equipped, and was more than spacious for 3 families with children. The skilift is a bit far on foot, especially with children, and the ski in/out works only when all the slopes are in operation, that was a minor inconvenience in our case, but that depends solely on the weather. The host was responsive, and promptly answered all of my questions. After all, i'd recommend this place!

My mom and I absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is perfect —so charming, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly cozy. It’s in a peaceful area but still well-connected with public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The location is super convenient, with a supermarket just a minute away. Parking was stress-free, with plenty of safe spaces always available. The apartment was clean and stayed wonderfully warm throughout our stay, even though we didn’t turn on the heating—impressive, considering it was freezing outside! Every detail of the apartment feels carefully considered, with an aesthetic and vibe that makes it super cute and inviting. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and Bernhard was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would stay here again, no doubt.

The house on the hill is amazing, if you're in for a retreat or simply a break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The view is beautiful....exceeded our expectations, to be honest. We woke up early to get the best of the changing view with the clouds and mist clearing through dawn. The house is perfectly equipped to spend quality time indoors. We're a family of five, with 2 teen boys and a 10yr old, and we managed to enjoy our short stay in peace without anyone getting bored. There are good condition bikes, however, if you're not familiar with the area and mountain cycling, I don't suggest you take a ride straight from the house. Also, the drive to town is a bit steep, so make sure you equip yourself well from the first day. The rest is bliss 🌲😊🌳

We were warmly welcomed by David and his daughter upon arrival. The house is really beautiful: very large plot with fruit trees, pond and against the edge of the forest. From the garden and balcony you have beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. Fantastic sunset! Behind the house is a large barbecue and table where we ate deliciously and enjoyed the evenings. In between, you can do all kinds of games: table tennis, darts and foosball. After dinner it is wonderful to have a drink on the balcony and enjoy the starry sky. The house is fully furnished and equipped with (off)detergents and other necessities. In the town (5 minutes by car) there are many restaurants and terraces. Many trips made: the lake of Bled, the Vintgar gorge, Postonja caves and swimming on hot days in the lakes at Velenje. You can also walk beautifully in the surrounding area. Dog is virtually no problem anywhere. We'd love to come back again
