"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

It is located in a side street and offers generous space for two people. The village nestles in the countryside between Manacor and Artà, it is very Mallorcan. On mass tourism you will certainly not meet here. Nevertheless, you will find all the shops for your daily needs.
