Located in Paralimni and near Ayia Napa, our clean and modern space features two shared pools, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Netflix. Conveniently located, it's just a 10-minute walk to downtown and April 1st Avenue's shops and services. Ayia Napa and Protaras are only a 12-minute drive away. We're proud to host numerous returning guests and are officially registered with the Cyprus government.

Ideal for a quiet holiday near the lively holiday spot of Ayia Napa at a 5min drive. 1 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to one of the best beaches in the med , Nissi Beach. The waterpark , Waterworld is just 3 min drive away. Local supermarket/bar/restaurant at a 7 min walk. Busstop at the end of the road. There are some tradional villages in the surrounding areas with local tavernas. Quiet neighbourhood

Our villa is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa itself offers a private heated pool (April - Nov), comfortable beds , fast fibre broadband and plenty of space to unwind outside and enjoy our warmer climate. The location is walking distance to the rustic unspoilt beaches of Ayia Thekla and the pretty river location, Potamos. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ayia Napa (Landa, Nissi etc.) are just a 10 minute drive away, a great spot to get out and explore Cyprus from!
