Excellent family stay, in a dream house, with top weather, which allowed us to enjoy the setting and the canoe! The recommendations for the fishmonger were very helpful! We'll be back!

We stayed five days, two families with five children and four adults. Sophie was extremely helpful and welcoming. The house was clean and stylish, quite well equipped, and with a nice yard. One difficulty was that we had to often go up and down a narrow staircase (ground floor, floor, loft, elsewhere the bedroom, elsewhere the toilet, elsewhere the bathroom). 10 minutes walk to the center, the supermarket and all the shops. But uphill on the way back.

We had a great stay. We would meet to spend a quiet new year and spend 4 days together and that was all we expected! The house is large and the rooms spacious. The fireplace was really the most in this cold weather! I really recommend coming to relax and enjoy the walks around! Karine and her husband were adorable and very available for us, thank you again for hosting us!

Yann's place was what we expected for a short two-night stay. Well secluded, it's very quiet inside despite the road nearby. The garden is without any vis-à-vis. However, the pillows were really big and firm; we found it uncomfortable, but others would appreciate it. In short, we recommend!

Immersed in nature , lots of animals, a highly recommended place for family vacations. The place was as described, very nice and clean. Karine and Olivier are super helpful and friendly hosts. In our hearts, their dog: Scooby is already missing!!!! We'll be back!!

Simple but decent accommodation, very peaceful, in a beautiful environment. Close to amenities. Great for visiting the surroundings, beautiful forest nearby.

Lydia’s house and gardens are beautiful, we had a magical family holiday and highly recommend Lydia’s place for exploring both Rouen and some stunning coastline, very special don’t hesitate to book;)

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We had a great 4 days at Valerie's! The house is spacious and very clean, the calm and the heated pool are a real plus. We made the most of the pool. The little touches for our dog touched us a lot. Valerie is a lovely and helpful person. This is the second time we have been back, and once again we have not been disappointed. This house is a pearl, for sure, we will come back!
