Holiday rentals with beach access in Soulac-sur-Mer

Clean, renovated and well arranged apartment located a few steps from the ocean and the center of Soulac. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are nice. The kitchen is well equipped, the residence is quiet and a parking space is available. Isabelle is always here to answer any questions. Good place!

We stayed only one night, my partner, my son and I, and we found the apartment well furnished for a small apartment, clean, comfortable and welcoming. A parking space right next door so very convenient. The terrace is a plus. The beach is about 400 meters on foot. Communication was very easy with Maxime, very responsive to messages and flexible. He also gave us tips on things to see nearby. We went there during the All Saints' Day holidays, there are things to do nearby but also a lot of tourist shops closed (you just have to keep that in mind). Thanks to Maxime

Our stay was very pleasant, the area offering, besides the sea, many activities. The house is in a very good location, on a quiet street. The beach and beachfront shops are reached by foot in minutes. The house is great for a family with two children.

Thanks for the nice quiet accommodation and the super nice communication! Especially the location so close to the sea was wonderful. Amenities nothing to complain about, a high chair would still be luxury, but we always take ours anyway. The apartment is great for families with small children. In April something, a little bit of sunshine came into the apartment and the garden in the back when we imagined, but in summer certainly much brighter and you are also happy about cooling shade! In any case, the place is highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation in a quiet area and close to the beach perfect for enjoying the great outdoors because the outdoor kitchen allows you to "live outside" when the weather allows it to walk to the city center. I recommend it for a couple. Thank you for hosting Valerie!

Very clean accommodation and extremely well-equipped! All cooking utensils are present. We didn't miss a thing. We were two couples with 2 3 year old children, a real paradise for them with many toys and even outdoor games. Bikes of all sizes are available. We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's who allowed us to discover the surroundings thanks to their very relevant advice. Small downside about the situation on the ground floor of the apartment, which takes away a little of the interest from the terrace ,adjoining on each side...

We really enjoyed our stay at Roselyne's. The flat is ideally located in the center of Royan, we could walk around easily, there are lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The place was very comfortable, clean and ideal for a long weekend. We recommend it!
