Holiday rentals with beach access in South Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this location! A clean, nice neighborhood, excellent communication, and a good location to other fun things/beautiful beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

This was a wonderful stay. The property was even better in person than the photos, and the photos look great. It was walkable to a beach, had a great balcony that looked out at the water and had stores and restaurants very close by. The hosts were proactive and responsive, and I would definitely stay here again.

What a delightful place ! Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The bungalow was perfect for 2 people: clean, updated, and well equipped for our stay. The easy walk to the wonderful beach was such a bonus with beach chairs and towels provided. Julie was proactive and provided great information about our stay. We found some great, walkable, local restaurants and the neighborhood was QUIET, comfortable, and welcoming. I would recommend Julie's place to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy wonderful Vero Beach.

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

Book this room!! Spotless, clean, well decorated to meet the beachy vibes, cozy and comfortable!! Alicia is an amazing host, proactive, and accommodating. We unfortunately booked with a different host originally and the room was nasty, so we very last minute reached out to Alicia and we were able to move to her unit. The elevator broke and Alicia and her husband showed up within 10 minutes and checked on us. They reached out to maintenance and had the issue fixed asap. The day before checkout we asked if we could extend our stay one more day and we were able to!! We were having too much fun to leave. There is plenty of things to do in the room as well! Alicia has thought of every little detail and need you may have. You can show up with just your clothes and be set!! We will 100% be booking with her again!!

This Airbnb exceeded all of my expectations! The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and offered an incredible panoramic ocean view that took my breath away. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves was pure bliss, and the private balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind at sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked and updated, making it easy to prepare meals while enjoying the stunning view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful sleep every night. Every detail of this home was thoughtfully curated for both comfort and luxury. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I will definitely be returning! If you’re looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway, this is the place. Highly recommend!

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

Excellent location just a short walk to a remote entrance to a long stretch of beach. We weren't looking for a busy beach and it delivered...just a few people within hundreds of yards of us. The unit was very nice and had very good upgrades. Big kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Porch area was great for beach toy storage and for hosing off after coming back from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay literal steps away from the beach. Girls trip for 3 had everything we needed! Restaurants and grocery stores super close. Especially loved the back porch on the ocean in the morning - and when too windy, the front porch was perfection. Can’t beat sunrise and sunset on same property. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Beds comfy. You won’t regret booking this. #propertyperfection.

Matt and Amy”s place was perfect for our family. They were friendly and in constant communication with us. The description was spot on and even nicer in person. Very clean, comfortable, and affordable. It was more than expected. We needed nothing, the home had it all and more. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others. Thank you for making our vacation a great one!

We enjoyed our stay at Tammy's home. Very clean, close to the beach (about 400 steps 😁), jetty is close and lots of great restaurants. Also included all the basic amenities. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

This was an absolute flawless stay. My husband and I chose a this location and visited with our special needs child and her service dog. The location and beach access were amazing. The hosts have everything you could need available in the house and have instructions clearly marked throughout the home to make your stay easier. We visit the space coast every year to visit family and I really hope we can get this rental for each of our trips. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our 3 days here! The location is excellent- very private and peaceful. We loved watching the lizards play on the patio and how accessible the beach was. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms are dated and/or show wear, but we knew it was the location we were paying for. You can’t beat the views of this unit. We loved everything in the loft. It made a great area to hang out at night! The couches were very comfortable and there was room for everyone to stretch out. Nari is very responsive. The unit washer was died prior to our arrival and he had a new one delivered within 24 hours. We really appreciated that as we were counting on a washer. He answered every question promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

We thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing beach location. The condo was beautiful, clean, and easy access to a private beach with very little traffic or overcrowding. The condo had everything we needed to make our own meals several nights and was centrally located between two towns with different options for eating and shopping. The host gave us all the information for checking in well in advance and he was in contact to make sure our stay was great.

We found everything to be very good. Perfect place for my wife and I. Great place and great location. She answered any questions we had right away. We can highly ecommend the place and would defenitely consider the same place next time we visit Florida.

Pictures are spot on. Right on the beach, balcony is a perfect spot to eat/read/bundle up and enjoy the ocean. It was cold and windy while we were there, but the Elliot Museum is right around the corner and a great place to kill time with teens. Easy to get to Jensen Beach for our fishing charter. House is comfy. Only suggestion is to grab a new can opener! Thanks, Al.

Easy check in/ out and very comfortable stay

We enjoyed the great view and sound of the ocean from the living area. Getting onto the beach is quick, and the provided beach gear is excellent. The condo was spotless and well decorated. It was also well equipped with everything you would expect. The reserved covered parking spot near the elevator was a nice perk. Our host was extremely responsive. We hope to stay again!

This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.
