I felt right at home in this cozy little spot. I was within walking distance of food and shopping. The host provides very useful information to help guide one to needed services and food options. I would love to stay here again when I return to Fort Lauderdale.

Great apartment! Great location ! Easy access and quite hotel. Cynthia was very reactive to answer our questions or to get us additional towels or fix the dishwasher. The apartment is pretty new and very comfortable. I definitely recommend the place and will come back !

Cute little bungalow in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful tropical surroundings! The bed was super comfortable and everything was super clean. Analys was very communicative too! Wish we could’ve been able to meet her.

The place was so nice and exactly how the listing describes. This building is amazing and I would stay in any unit in here because there is so much to do. They also let us check in early which was so accommodating. 10/10!

Me and my family stayed at NHI place one night before our cruise and 2 nights after our cruise. The place is very clean and nice, Nhi is very professional she response very quick, she has everything you need there, very clean and just like the picture.. easy check in. The place is super luminous and well furnished, it looks like a magazine apartment on the inside. Alex let us have an early check in and late check out. Communication was perfect. Totally recommend 🥳

I’m so happy to have found Jordon’s listing, The Penthouse’s energy is everything you want for a stay in Miami and the surrounding area is magical, very close to beaches and boat shows Extremely clean, safe and so peaceful, it has everything you will need utensils, tissues, towels, washer/dryer, fast internet, black out shades, amazing lights, refreshments, super comfortable, great coffee machine & so much more. Very secure building with great staff and amazing pool & jacuzzi amenities. Easy check in and check out. Jordon is so kind and positive and really takes care of the Penthouse.

The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby.
