We are located in the center of Eleuthera and the Settlement of Governors Harbour is a 10 minute drive.

It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.
