The Red Rooster village homestay Goa is an extention of the Carvalho mansion, built in the year 1789. It was initially an outdoor storage area for coconuts and was there after renovated to form a part of a very basic 1 bed room house from where it gets the name. At the entrance there is a car parking facility and the house has a compound wall with a gate. It is very popular for weddings.
