This was my favourite Place to stay during our USA-Trip. If you like a modern hotel, this is probably not for you. But for us, it was perfect. We had a huge room with the coziest bed ever. We enjoyed the breakfast (whitch is inculded in the price) everyday. The Staff is super friendly and heartwarming. If you are looking for a place to sleep and you are in the area, this is your place to go.

We have used Airbnb for many years in many places and we both agree that this bedroom suite is one of the most luxurious places we have stayed. The entire house is beautifully decorated with design experience, great taste, and high quality furnishings. A generous breakfast each day, good conversation with the owners, and a visit with the resident horses and chickens all added to the enjoyment of our weekend getaway.

What a great find! JoAnn is a brilliant host and makes everything so easy. Her home is perfectly located in a residential area just a few blocks from the village and university. This is a real BnB, where she makes a beautiful breakfast for you, rare these days. I found the bed to be perfect. The room was just what I needed, with my own air control and work space, I had everything I need. This place is a gem. Book it.

Very conveniently located. Comfortable, and generously stocked with coffees and teas, and very well appointed with a wide range of toiletries. Connie was very friendly and very responsive to my questions, and her directions to her place were very clear and made getting there easy. All in all, a great choice.

We absolutely loved our stay at George and Cathy’s place! It was super cozy and the perfect size for two people. The location was ideal—conveniently close to the highways but still private and peaceful, tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac. George and Cathy were such lovely hosts, and their homemade carrot muffins were honestly the best we’ve ever had! The decor added so much charm to the space, making it feel warm and inviting. We can’t wait to visit again—highly recommend!

Clean, spacious room with an adorable sun porch in a quiet, lovely area. Appreciated the coffee and breakfast items left for guests.

Wonderful place for a beach vacation, and Jeff is as an outstanding host! Especially appreciate the breakfast foods that were available upon arrival, it made things much easier for us.

Lisa's place was great!! We are down the shore alot and its great to find a place that feels just like home. We ate breakfast with other guests and had a great night on the porch laughing and enjoying the warm weather. The outdoor shower was great, the room had AC and we had the privacy we needed.

Sira and Bob are the nicest people you can hope to meet. There home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely come back. I recommend this home, if you are ever in Dover.

Randall and Wilma were phenomenal hosts. They greeted us and welcomed us when we arrived. Wilma chatted with us and made us feel special. The house was perfect for our needs. We travel frequently to the Lancaster area and their home is perfectly situated for what we love to do. Our original plan was to attend a mud sale. We went on Friday night for the preview and did not see anything that jumped out for attention. So we went with plan B, which was antiquing, shopping and relaxing. This was the ideal location for us. We got to unwind, rest and just enjoy ourselves. Wilma's goodies which she left for us made it even better. The positive Christian atmosphere made it feel like home. Our only disappointment was that we had not discovered this gem earlier. We would definitely Love to stay here again and again.

Wonderful place to stay! The room was cozy, clean and perfect size! It was nice to have outdoor access to the room as well. The property was peaceful and a short drive to restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Lisa’s place was the perfect location for a quick beach weekend. Super close to the beach and the boardwalk. The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice to sit in the front porch in the evening.

Great hostess, beautiful exterior, beautiful interior, each room has so much care put into it, breakfast is well worth it, board games, toiletries in case you forget something, 24/7 Keurig with all the drink options. This place is relaxing and inviting. I reserved two rooms for my girlfriend's family and us on her birthday. The hostess reached out ahead of time and she even had a pork free option for breakfast for my girlfriend's cousin who is kosher. she was there to meet me when I got there and made sure we had everything we needed. I could not have made a more perfect reservation for her birthday. This place made the weekend. Thank you so much!

If I could give Grace and her place 100 stars I would! Grace made me feel right at home! She was so welcoming and kind. Her place was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about this place and host! If you get the chance to stay here, consider yourself lucky!

Easy to communicate with, very clean 3 rd floor bedroom with small fridge, window air conditioner unit and tv. A clean and stylish very large shared living room on the second floor. All of the furnishings are new. A large shared kitchenette on the 2nd floor with coffee and teas available, indoor and outdoor dining tables, and a large clutter free shared laundry room. On street parking right out front was free overnight and until 9 am! Free all day and night parking easily found 2 blocks from unit! Walk a few blocks to restaurants and to the beach and boardwalk Good value staying on the island, We hope to stay again!

Our stay at Jean’s place was perfect. We stayed 6 nights for the Christmas holidays visiting family that live walking distance from Jean. It was comfortable and super clean. Jean had thought of everything you could possibly need and more (extra towels, linens, blankets, toiletries, coffee, tea, books, cable TV, umbrellas and more). The bathroom was super clean and the shower water pressure was great. Jean was so thoughtful and even provided juices and breakfast sandwiches in the fridge for our entire stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful. This is the BEST place to stay in Doylestown Borough. You can walk to everything. The space is big! It gets a lot of natural light. Lots of outlets for electronics. I wish I could have stayed longer than 6 nights and can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our time at Rehoboth Guest House, and immediately said we found "our place" in Rehoboth. We will definitely be back, and can't say enough how wonderful our time was. We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The place is warm, inviting, staff is so incredibly thoughtful and helpful. It was certainly a 5 star stay!
