Holiday rentals with a fireplace in South Padre Island

This house was beautiful. It’s very modern, rooms were clean, backyard was clean and so was the kitchen. The pool was very nice! I liked that the hot tub water mixed with the pool, it kept the water at a comfortable temperature so my toddler could enjoy it and not be cold out there since it is well shaded. There were also a few pool/beach toys which were really nice. The bbq grill was nice and clean and worked well. The house was stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and a sponge, even extra towels for us to use and little Dove soaps. The kitchen has silverware and some bbq utensils. Overall, our stay here was very nice. Some of the furniture isn’t super safe for toddlers, a lot of glass details, hard flooring and rough corners which isn’t a huge deal at all but I did need to keep an eye on my toddler a little more, just a heads up for other moms out there. Besides that, house was amazing and the host was awesome! Would stay again for sure!

Yvette was great to work with. House was clean, lots of beds, fun back yard. Felt safe with the wall around the house.

My family and I had a amazing time. House was perfect for us and the back patio and dock was perfect for some family fishing. Close to the beach a local food was amazing

This place was perfect for our multi family get together. The location was perfect, close to the beach and very walkable to lots of stuff. The rooms and layout were great for three different families to share. The kitchen had most things you would need, but some of the appliances were partially broken. The management office was very responsive when we had to call about the pool heater not working. Overall, a great place for our trip.

Solomon is a great host, helped me all along the way and his place was very clean and nice from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor.

We had an amazing time here. Everything we needed was available in the home. It was clean, looked like the photos, comfortable and homey! SPI was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. The DACK app was wonderful! When we go down again, we will certainly look at the SPI properties first.

We had such a great stay, the place is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing time away from everything but close enough to the island and restaurants if you wanted to go out for a fun night out! Margaret was very detailed in their instructions and made the whole process very easy to check in. We'll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay! Beautiful dock view, the condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could need for our stay. Super clean and beautiful condo.

Loved the place! It was on the first floor which was great for my mom who has trouble climbing stairs. Very clean with pretty decor that made it feel like home. Only downside was how tiny the pool is, however it was expected because the pictures from listing are accurate so I wasn’t disappointed. Close to beach access and beds were comfy!

Beautiful Airbnb! Perfect for a small group. Check in was very easy and communication was great! Place looked clean and was very nice. We did have a few issues with the kitchen power shutting off a few times when using the microwave. However it was a very easy fix, and owners were very helpful! Overall everything was great and we would definitely stay again!

Gloria was a very friendly and gracious host. The location was very clean and easy to find. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming down to brownsville. It’s quiet with high speed internet overlooking a golf range.
