Holiday rentals with a patio in South Patrick Shores

I don’t have much to say but, except I absolutely loved the place and would love to book again in the future

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

We had to find a place quickly as we were traveling when the storm was about to hit north florida. I located Marlene's place and dove right in. It has been awhile since I've been to the Cape and although it was storming the entire stay we were able to view some neat changes along the way driving in. Marlene was very responsive to a question I had upon checking in. The kids were so glad to be out of the vehicle. The place was wonderful, clean and comfortable. It stormed our entire stay so we were only able to enjoy her space inside and nothing outside our around the area. We would definitely book again!

Apartment is exactly as pictured and described. Traveled as a family of 3 with one child. There was enough space to spread out and not feel cramped. We did not spend much time in the area as it was just a one night stay before a cruise but we would return. Port Canaveral was a 20 minute drive away. Neighborhood appeared safe and was quiet. Many residents were out walking their dogs at night.

Brandon was very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay! He responded quick with any questions and the place was beautiful. We felt right at home using the appliances and amenities that were listed and available. A key note is my daughter was a softball tournament and washing her uniforms was a must and the laundry room being readily available and stocked was amazing! We would 10/10 recommend this spot to anyone and would stay here again if we come back to the area.

We loved this Airbnb! So peaceful and super clean. The location is fantastic - walking distance to everything. This was our first time in Cocoa Beach and we will be back. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

Perfect home for us and our small dogs. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels including for pool. Easy bike ride to town.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Home was very clean with basic essentials provided. Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to main roads.

The place was spacious and cozy, and although the place had a peculiar smell, probably because they are pet friendly, that didn’t pose an issue for us. A big plus the patio had sidewalk netting and we had access to the garage. All in all, a great stay.

This place is amazing! The host has literally thought of everything, from dishes to linens to beach accessories to complimentary items. I don't think they missed anything. I have stayed at 4 star hotels that are not as nice as this place. I would definitely recommend and if I am ever in the area, this will be the first place I go too.

Booked a house through Liz, but experienced an unexpected issue with the water. Liz and her husband were AWESOME and moved us to their other property. Both houses were nice but the second was exceptional!

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, peaceful and had everything you could need for your stay. We will definitely look to stay here again if in the area.

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Thank you Melanie!

Great beachy lil spot that's a stone's throw from the sand and a quick walk over to downtown Cocoa Beach...definitely recommend!

Kaitlyn’s condo was not only immaculate but also very modern and tastefully furnished. It is literally steps from the beach and is in a great location. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful. She also followed up to make sure we were satisfied and reached to see if there was anything else she could assist with our stay. Though maybe not the least expensive, we felt it was totally worth the money compared to other Fla properties we have stayed at.
