Pet-friendly holiday rentals in South San Francisco

Had a wonderful time! Checking was a breeze: it was completely at our own pace and we didn’t need to coordinate with anyone to gain access. Backyard was spacious enough for our dog to enjoy. Plenty of space to lounge around the open layout of the home. We could see ourselves staying here again in the future.

The place was great with a group of friends, even had leftover rooms.

Erin is a great host and was in quick contact with us when we needed anything. A very clean, eclectic and comfortable place in a very cool Berkeley location.

Ray's Airbnb was absolutely what it said it was like on the page - Ray's team was so responsive, even going above and beyond in terms of communication~ Rooms were wonderful, such a nice, open layout of the living room and dining area, laundry was a big plus~ One small thing, when we entered, everything was so clean and spotless, but the floors were still wet from the cleaners, or getting ready for our arrival (we checked in at around 4:15-4:30pm), the floors continued to be wet for the rest of the night and the smell/perfume of the product they used continued throughout our stay - it wasn't a huge problem by any means, but if they could use a less stronger smelling product, that might increase the happiness of the stay - again, spotless, but there was a definite odor all throughout~ 10/10 would stay here again though - we loved Menlo Park!

I stayed here for a little over a month. The house is big and had everything I needed. The location is also great, only a short walk from downtown Mountain View and Caltrain station. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend for both short and long stays.

We were in the San Jose area to spend time visiting our grandson who is hospitalized at the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford. The location worked well as it was close to my son's home and a reasonable drive to Palo Alto. The cottage was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. We really appreciated the private fenced area so our pets had a room to roam. It definitely was so much more relaxing that staying at a hotel with pets. Rambo was a great host.

My whole family had a wonderful week-long stay at Sunny’s. Walkable to great spots in Berkeley, easy access to the train, while still being tucked away on a cozy street. Enjoyed a clean house flooded with sunlight and stocked with all the amenities we needed. Sunny was super responsive. What a great stay and host!

We loved our stay at Casita Casita. Courtney was flexible with check in and check out, quick to respond to requests and had an amazing book of recommendations in the area. So glad we could bring our fur baby with us on the adventure too. We would stay here again!

Excellent apartment. Clean and well appointed. Easy entrance and exit.

This house was perfect for our group. It’s a big and unique space, very practical with plenty of living/lounge space, indoor and outdoor dining, great swimming pool, etc. It’s on the older side, but very functional - and has things like air conditioning that aren’t at all givens in the area. WiFi works great, including for work from home. It’s equipped with the basics (and some unexpected odds and ends!), but if you want particular kitchen or bathroom supplies you may want to bring your own. It’s also very easy to pick up anything you need nearby. Would recommend!

The house for our needs perfectly and Noel was helpful when we let him know of a couple small issues. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners together so we didn’t have to worry about eating out each meal.

Beautiful home in great location! Our family needed a convenient and large home to accommodate us in and out of the city during a family emergency. Daniel was able to get us in with a same day booking and quick communication. The home was lovely, comfortable and a true oasis. The view and outdoor space was more than we could of hoped for and made for a special place for us and our pup. Thank you very much for offering a wonderful home away from home.

This is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood! You can sleep with the windows open without issues. Alexander is a very nice host and is always available when needed and has great suggestions and otherwise will fully respect your privacy in a very proactive manner. You can use the pool upon request which we have done a number of times. The unit is a standalone dwelling and therefore fully private. You can park in the driveway and have your own entryway. I enjoyed it very much and only didn’t stay longer as he was already booked for another 4 months!

This was such a restful and productive stay for me, and I felt like I was staying in a spa retreat! Beautiful Casita with all the comforts of home and a hotel! Melodie was so welcoming and helpful, and has put together a stunning space. Location and scenery was spectacular, tho also super close to everything! I was also very productive while remote working from the Casita. Bed was super comfortable, and kitchen was well appointed to cook --I never miss the Marin Farmers Market on Sundays! I visit the area regularly and will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying here. Rebecca was always there if I had a question. Great hikes near by. It was perfect for what I needed. Was able to work during the day, hike at lunch. Her place had great water pressure and good hot water. Loved the kitchen and large fridge. I slept great on her bed. It was a single style mattress on planks. So comfy. I have back issues and loved it. It was pretty peaceful. She has a really nice piece of property. She has 2 bnbs that back up to each other both attached to her home. I never heard the other guest or Rebecca. Very well insulated. Overall I would most definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay!! Communication was wonderful and easy! Tara answered questions and offered great suggestions. Check-in was a breeze and we had everything we needed and more. Appreciated the extra touches like a yoga mat, coffee, chocolate, etc. It was such a fun and peaceful trip, would happily visit again!

We had a great stay at Stephen's place. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. It is in a walkable area with easy access to restaurants and shops. Our kids (ages 6 and 3) loved staying in the trundle bed. And Stephen was proactive in providing helpful instructions and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Alameda.

This was our second time staying here. We love the location and ease of access for our senior dogs. Mel is always helpful and prompt with communication. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Joy’s place was absolutely fantastic. The room was peaceful and tucked away in a really serene backyard. The backyard is fenced and our pups were happy to explore. Joy was an excellent host, very accommodating, and extremely helpful. We would recommend her place to everyone.

This was definitely the best airbnb I've found in the area! The space was private and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, and paper towels (a surprising annoyance of mine with stays other places!). Responsive host. Helpful instructions. Felt right at home in the space. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed, pillows (actually 4 of them, thank you!), and overall temperature of the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. One thing to note is that it is conveniently located across from bart station, so there is some noise associated with that, but you ARE in the city, so there's that. It didn't really bother me, just something to note if you're a light sleeper (but the bed was so comfy, it didn't phase me much!). I stayed for 12 days, and it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!
