First of all, thank you to Nur and her team (Pak Yandi and all). Very accommodating and very welcoming. A hallmark of Indonesian hospitality. This house is the place for a big group. However, you need a driver to get here. Not advisable to find your own way. The house and pool is well maintained. Definitely a recommend place. Love.

I wanted to say thank you to Ms. Annette to have allowed me and my husband to be able to experience an amazing stay at her house this weekend. From the beginning, the communication is smooth and clear. House rules were explained well and nothing out of the ordinary. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by one of the friendliest and most helpful security. He was very helpful with our preparation for bbq pool themed birthday party. We have some friends over and they were all really enjoyed the house, especially the pool. The house has ample space and the layout is very convenience for the party. I would come back just to take a dive at this pool. The bedroom is amazing, amenities provided are suffice, all very well prepared. We had a really good night sleep, thanks to the AC for making the room super cold as we like it. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend very, very much and I can only thank Ms. Annette to make that possible. Hopefully I will come back soon and definitely will choose your house again.

The house is comfortable. Clean. As described. We had a private and intimate event and it went smooth with the help of pak Saipul. Air di kamar mandinya kecil. Tp masi bisa di tolerate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Very easy to reach, and simply put just exactly what is listed on the web. Be aware if you order gojek to this place, the map will direct to the back side of the building which isn't accessible, so you need to manually inform the driver that it is right across INSISTS. Most drivers got lost and quite few of them had little to no patience unless you inform them beforehand. Overall, a very great place to stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Rumah Komering! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The in-house staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Whole unit was spotless, and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The overall ambience of the unit was very pleasant and relaxing, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to our host for clear instructions. Stayed at Kyo House during weekdays. Its a lovely home. Easy check in/check out. The room is clean and comfortable. The linens were freshly washed. The wifi and TV were very helpful. Everything was so seamless and easy, well equipped. Thank you. We will be back.

The place is very near from ICE BSD, you can just walk. This is a good place to stay, everything is clean. Feel like stay in home. Host very responsive.

All my family members love the house, especially the dining area connected to the living room with television. All of the family members were able to hangout together during meals and watching movies. This house will be in the top list for next time when we visit Jakarta again. The house is great, the vibe of the old house but the contents are new, very clean. It's really nice for yesterday's visit to work with office colleagues. The location is also on the side of the big road so it's nice to find it. As a host, chris is also very responsive and helpful. Recommended, value for money, a small house within the city of jakarta.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.
