Holiday rentals in Southampton

Nice place, unique nautical decor. Basically two full separate apartments. Which was nice but you have to choose whose side you congregate. We loved having a hot tub available to use in the winter.

Natalie’s stay was amazing! We went with a group of friends for our annual cottage trip and her place is amazing! The property is beautiful and has so much to offer, we were able to enjoy the lake in the back as well as the fire fit. Inside is also very nicely designed and is great to seat a large number of people, it feels very homey :) Definitely would recommend!!

This was our second time staying in Emily's cabin, and certainly not the last! The place was quiet, private, and with a rustic charm that was perfect for a group of admittedly very nerdy adults looking for a place to spend a weekend playing medieval fantasy tabletop roleplaying games. The place was quaint, clean, well stocked with supplies, very spacious, and Emily was very responsive if we needed anything. Though, as repeat customers, we needed very little. Thanks Emily, and with any luck, we'll be back soon.

We had an incredible girls weekend - it was so relaxing and everything we could have ever wanted. They’ve made such an incredible getaway we’re so grateful to have been able to find - the personal touches, thoughtfulness, amazing amenities and details that have went into every aspect of the property have us already dreaming of coming back for another getaway to relax and recharge! From start to finish this stay far exceeded our expectations and we could not have asked for better hosts or a better stay!

This home on the lake was fabulous, very clean and with an amazing view of the lake. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was hot and ready to use. There was an extra bedroom with twin beds that is not mentioned in the posting and we might have invited a few more guests knowing that. The only suggestion I have for improvement is the same as mentioned in a previous review that the bath towels were not very plentiful (especially with a hot tub to use as well as showers) and they were of low quality. When I asked the team for a few more towels they suggested I wash the ones we had, which I did. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend.

This is a great place! Very clean, warm and inviting. It had everything you could need. Cheyene was very friendly and quick to respond. The backyard was nice and spacious and the fire pit and hot tub were perfect in making our getaway enjoyable and relaxing!

We had a great time spending 3 days and 2 nights in this beautiful house, Casa Giulia. Nolan & Cristiana were very responsive and kind in answering our inquiries. The place was very clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed a bonfire at night and even witnessed a stunning sunset near the lake, not far from the house. It was an extraordinary experience. I highly recommend this place; I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. Thank you Nolan and Cristiana.
