Apartment holiday rentals in Southampton

Flat was in great location for a weekend in Southampton and was exactly as advertised. John was great and let us in a little early, told us where his (brilliant) pub is and then left us to it. Would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay would stay again, thanks for looking after us.

We had a great stay in Southhampton, flat was in a great location and super close to the train station.

Myself and my friends are so happy with the opportunity to stay at this place. It was comfortable and felt like being at home. Even though we didn’t spend that much time in the accommodation it still felt like a place you can call home. One thing I would say that we all agreed on was the flexibility of the heating could be better but overall it was a lovely stay.

the place is wonderful, gound floor with easy access, parking spot is behind the building with small trail lead to the front door. flat have large living+dining room, 1 twin room and 1 twin with toilet. Kitchen with all you need, stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and a dishwasher, just had to bring your own pods/washing detergents the only down side is near a busy road so traffic noise can be noticed, but not too disturbing. overall a lovely place to stay

Our second home in Southampton...was as comfortable and cozy as ever. This is our 3rd time staying at David's flat. It has easy access to local hospital. Thanks so much for your responses, early check-in etc. Super host!! All the best Marie & family

A really really nice apartment. It contained all we needed. Very clear instructions from Eva on how to find it and what to do when checking out. The apartment is located 3 minutes away from the busstop, so getting around was also very easy. Definately a place to recommend 😀👍

Samuel was a great host, communicative and quick to respond to any messages. Gave top tips for places to visit and was very helpful also, can’t find a fault! Plus being a 5 minute walk from the station its an ideal commute to the city centre.

I stayed here as it was close to the maritime college. Loads of restaurants within walking distance. Bed is very comfortable.

Stayed for a month and it was a perfect home away from home, exactly what I was looking for. A very well looked after apartment with everything you need to live as expected, especially for such an amount of time. Receives a lot of light which makes the living room especially very nice to be in. Open plan, spacious and cosy. Great heating and lovely view. A very fresh, comfortable and positive space. Kitchen very well equipped, in general has a lot of misc items so you're never really lost on needing anything extra. Beautiful surroundings with trees and a lot of green, quiet and peaceful area. Easy to park a car, easy to access and very close to amenities. Very fast wifi ~500mbps up and down, which I needed for remote working and plenty of desk/table space. Would highly recommend for any short or long stay when available as it simply has everything you need.

Rory was helpful and Informative throughout our stay . The flat was in a perfect location to watch Football at St Mary's as it was a short walk away from there

The room is clean and the location is close to the supermarket and the city. It would be better if there were more kitchen supplies.

The host and his family are all nice helpful people. The area is also nice with shops nearby. Maybe just check with the host about parking, becquse we were not sure where we can park. Nice stay.

This was the perfect apartment for our needs (3 adults and a dog). The location is excellent – over the road from the beautiful beach which runs for miles, a few minutes away from a lovely local pub, and town is a 10-minute walk with more bars, restaurants, shops etc. The apartment is spacious, clean, light and airy. The outdoor seating area is perfect for soaking in the sun – with lots of furniture and a large hot tub. Beds were really comfortable, the décor is of a very high standard and the kitchen very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including condiments, sauces, coffee machine and a welcome pack with bread, milk, biscuits, popcorn. Jemma the host is a lovely person. Very accommodating and responsive, and you immediately get the feeling that she genuinely puts her guests at the heart of everything she does. I would absolutey recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again in the future.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for somewhere with peace and quiet, this is the place to go. The property was perfect, plenty of space and has everything you need for time away from home. The garden was secure so was perfect for dogs. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, the home made cake was just perfect. Plenty to do in the area from pub lunches, amazing dog walks and some amazing shops to visit not too far away. Everywhere in the area was so dog friendly, makes a perfect place to visit. Wish we stayed longer. Would certainly book again.

After being let down on New Years Eve by someone else we booked Jonathan's place with less than 24 hours notice. He was extremely helpful and really flexible. We checked in early and also had a late check out at no extra cost. The apartment is clean, and big with care and attention to the decor. The hot tub was excellent. Jonathan was really responsive to a few questions we had and it made a real difference to have the personal touch instead of a faceless booking agent. The location is superb, shops one way and beach the other. We will most definitely be back.

I had such a wonderful time here In West parley! The hot tub, fire and other features in the garden make it the perfect getaway for a couple. The hot tub and the accommodation were super clean and I felt very at home here. Karen and Lee are superb hosts and we felt that through their very homely Airbnb and their lovely and friendly pets. They are responsive and helpful people; Lee helped us out with the fire pit even though it was quite late which we really appreciated. We had fun walking round the local area and travelling into the new forest, but there was so much more that we could’ve done. Would love to come back one day and explore the rest of this lovely area. The accommodation with Phoebe and Khalid met all my expectations. I particularly liked the proximity to the train station and the beautiful beach, as I only travelled by public transport. Grocery shops, restaurants and pubs are just around the corner and yet the location is quiet. The room is functionally furnished, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils as well as spices, oil, vinegar, coffee etc., which I have never found before and appreciated all the more. As the AirBnB area has a separate entrance, there is less contact with the hosts and you have a lot of privacy. As you receive an access code before you arrive, you are flexible in terms of time and don't have to be there at a pre-arranged time. I would definitely book this accommodation again.
