Our book club group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was beautiful and everything was spotless. Everything was as advertised. Beds were very comfortable.

We had such a wonderful stay here over New Years. Like many other reviews have stated, pictures do not do this home justice. It’s so much larger and more spread out than we expected. Perfect layout for two couples where we each felt like we had our own place, with plenty of cozy spaces to hang out too. The kitchen is SO well equipped for anything and everything. Beds and sofas were super comfortable and the we loved all of the charming touches of this historical home. The location is fantastic too. Walking distance to everything you could need and a quick drive to so many beautiful areas. I can imagine spending hours in the backyard when the weather is warmer too!

Our stay here with our family was absolutely wonderful. The house was so comfortable and spacious and the hot tub in the backyard was a real treat during the off season. The location is great for Hampton Bays beaches and a very quick drive to the popular restaurants in town. Also a nice to drive surrounding towns. Communication with Aida was excellent and she had the hot tub ready to go during check in which was much needed after a long drive. Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen has all the key equipment to make food at home. Backyard is large and fenced in if you have any pets. We definitely will book again in the future.

My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. The house is spacious and highly functional. The design of the house offers a perfect blend of modern mixed with nostalgic elements. The best stay by far. Would love to book again!

We had an amazing time here! The home is very charming, in a great location on the North Fork close to our favorite vineyards and restaurants. Paul was kind enough to offer us an early check in so that we may accommodate our guests traveling to visit! We really enjoyed our stay & made great memories.

The place was very clean and very quiet. Great location right between NYC and eastern Long Island. Very easy to find and very reasonably priced. The host was easy to communicate with and very welcoming and polite. My wife, kids and myself had a great weekend and would definitely stay again.

Great spot! Very walkable. It's also a great layout if traveling with small children - there is a separate meditation room upstairs that was perfect for setting up our travel cribs. Would stay again!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Location is perfect and Jaime was incredibly friendly throughout!! He let me know that they had everything we would need.. but as a self-described obsessive packer I didnt listen. He wasn't kiding! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you need for the perfect beach day. I brought an entire wagon of stuff and used one bag. It really is an awesome little find!!

Very nice and clean place! Comfortable beds, with lots of natural light, and a nice gym for those that use it. Would definitely recommend! There are not a lot of extra towels and coffee cups, so you may need to do a bit of dishes/laundry depending the number of people and length of stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rosaria’s apartment for two months, and it was an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing stay! We stayed off peak season, although alot was closed we felt right at home and were more than happy to spend family time at this condo! The views were stunning, and the condo was immaculate. We were close to everything and was still within very reasonable driving distance to the surrounding towns. Julie was a pleasure to work with and was always very responsive and accomadating throughout the process. Hoping to stay again next year!

Absolutely wonderful stay and host. I've stayed at dozens of Airbnbs and this is one of my favorites! Doug's place is even better in person than the photos. We were a little nervous taking our first trip away with our baby, but it was extremely clean and comfortable, and Doug was so kind and responsive. The condo complex has a lovely boardwalk for taking walks, and the deck furniture was so comfortable to lounge in and take in the beautiful view. We hope to be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
