Conveniently located in the southern outskirts of historic Parikia, the capital of Paros Island, in Greece, the five spacious family apartments, built in classic Cycladic style, offer stylish comfortable modernity with traditional Greek island hospitality. The five comfortable and stylish Paros Apartments are built in traditional Cycladic style but equipped with every modern convenience range in size from 35m² to 45m² and cater for between two and four guests. All feature separate living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms with double beds, and comfortable open-plan kitchens & dining areas. The living rooms are fitted with bench windows so as to enjoy views of the extensive gardens. All apartments have large private verandas with outdoor seating and open view to the surrounding mountains & the town of Parikia. With a minimum stay of three nights, Paros Apartments are the ideal holiday accommodation for discerning guests looking for mid to longer term stays. All facilities and tax included in the price.Free private parking included. The kitchen is full of facilities such as coffee making machine, microwave . The town center is 700m and the nearest beach is also 700m . Our apartments are situated in a very quite place just at the edge of the town. A spacious 45 sqm apartment (number 14) that comes with a king size double bed bedroom and a cozy living room area, an equipped kitchenette with dining table and a renovated bathroom with a shower. There are two private furnished balconies, one is in front of from the bedroom and the other in front of the kitchen. It is part of Ragousis Apartments, a complex of nine serviced apartments located 800 meters from Parikia port and city center and only 5 minutes walk from Livadia sandy beach.

The Superior Apartment by the beach is on the top floor of a building which is located inside the sea … It provides one living room with a fully equipped kitchen , one bedroom and two bathrooms. The living room has sea view to Aegean Sea and to Naxos island . The bedroom has sea view all over the beach of Piso Livadi and the traditional pier . Enjoy your holidays almost on board!!!
