These are great hosts. I booked several stays as I was re-locating to the area. They are responsive and the place is clean and cozy. They also have snacks for after a long day of travel and the location is safe and convenient.

Great place to stay on our short trip to visit Descanso gardens. Everything was clean and bed comfortable. My kids loved the toys and books. Some good restaurants nearby. Katy was quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely, private studio on a hill. While it overlooks the 2, it is far enough away that the road just provides background sound like surf. The far view to the north is beautiful and the immediate neighborhood very quiet. We loved the unit. It is extremely well equipped and comes with thoughtful instructions on how everything works. We particularly appreciated good coffee and the fixings. The kitchenette had all we needed for stowing and serving our usual continental breakfast. Bed and bedding were excellent, as were the other furnishings. Plenty of hot water. Good off street parking. Lots of usb outlets. Heat pump for heat and cooling. The hosts clearly want this place to work for their guests. We will return here.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Veronica's place! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was exactly as described, if not even better—spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The thoughtful touches, like coffee supplies and snacks, made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short drive from things to do, and the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming. I loved the little outdoor space, which was so peaceful and the kids had a great time playing Veronica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything I needed. They were always available for any questions, but also gave me plenty of space to enjoy my stay. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled weekend.

We stayed here for one night with our 2.5-year-old daughter and had a great experience overall. The space was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully decorated with cozy touches that made it feel welcoming. We especially appreciated the local snacks that were left for us—they were a really nice touch! Parking was super easy with a dedicated spot, and having two decent-sized bathrooms made things comfortable for our family. One thing to note is that there was no access to control the thermostat, so there wasn’t true central heating or A/C. It didn’t impact our comfort for the night we stayed since the weather was temperate, but it’s worth knowing ahead of time. All in all, a lovely and peaceful place to stay—thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful place! Easily walkable to downtown and you can’t hear the street noise in the house. It was clean and we will definitely stay there again!

Had such a great time at Rachel’s spot! The guest house was gorgeous and the farm/yard was stunning and lush. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed!

This was such a lovely place to come home to after a day of exploring and tennis tournament matches. I looked forward to it every day! The hosts were so accommodating and gracious. We interrupted cleanup upon our arrival, but Broc was so kind and allowed us early access because of our tiring day of travel. We were so truly grateful and appreciative for their kindness and hospitality. We even had friends who live in the area over for a barbeque dinner. The kitchen was well appointed, and we especially appreciated little touches such as charging stations in both bedrooms and in the living room. Their response when inquiring about availability of things such as sugar was met with such astonishing speed… with extras we did not even ask for! I would love staying here again if we are ever in the area💝..

I rent an Airbnb about once a month in San Diego and this location is #1 for places not at the beach. The birds are very active in the morning but it's super. pleasant for coffee and or breakfast outside. I'll be renting again if it's available🤩🤩

This was our 2nd stay and it's still a great place! Comfortable beds, super shower and a kitchen with what I needed for the 2 dinners I made. You're close to Eldred Street Stairs, a real uphill slog, but worth it!

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at this cozy studio suite! First off, the location is perfect. We were able to bring our dog as it is pet-friendly and took her on morning walks around the beautiful neighborhood. She loved sniffing all of the flowers and plants. They also have an outdoor shower which was so convenient after our trips to the beach for us & our dog! The studio was nice, clean & cute. It was perfect for us. The owner was also very responsive & answered any questions within a few minutes! He also had a very detailed printed packet of all of the instructions on the kitchen table. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this Airbnb in Paso Robles. The home was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, and the space was quiet, making for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect—close to wineries, restaurants, and downtown. Our host was responsive and provided great recommendations for the area. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely book again.

Paradise on Pico was the best thing my husband and I needed for our Coachella getaway weekend. The pool was amazing the jacuzzi was perfect. The view from the backyard of the mountains was amazing. Overall a great peaceful experience. (The shower water pressure was my favorite thing) overall great location and not far from downtown Palm Springs. Thank you !

Very close to everything you need. Really secluded & peaceful area. Perfect for a short or long stay. The views from the patio were amazing. Comfortable furniture and bed. Evan was a great host I would definitely stay again. If you’re a light sleeper the upstairs footsteps are a little noisy sometimes but nothing too bad.

I stayed here while on a work trip. I wanted to stay in a place that was quiet, easy to access, and had a kitchen and laundry amenities. This place met every expectation. Very nice and clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very nice, helpful, and communicated quickly if I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Tim’s place was an amazing choice for my partner and I to celebrate our anniversary in San Diego. Felt just at home and would happily recommend staying here to any couple or small group!
