Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Southern France

We stayed in a beautiful house, bathed in light and relaxing calm. The spaces are generous, perfectly thought out for convivial family moments. Each equipment has been carefully chosen to ensure comfort and convenience, making our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is ideal: everything can be done on foot, and discovering the city becomes a real pleasure. For outdoor enthusiasts, the bike paths along the coast offer superb views, especially towards Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or La Tranche-sur-Mer. And for foodies, a detour to the Goulpière Farm is a must: an authentic address where you can enjoy delicious local products.

What a pleasant stay at this bright and peaceful place. We stayed there as a family with 3 children and it was perfect for them the games on site as well as the garden. Carole and Emmanuel who live next door are very welcoming and let them play with their dog Topaze and even ride the mower tractor to their delight. The accommodation is very well decorated and the details have been designed for our comfort. We'll be happy to go back 😊

We stayed 4 nights in the house. It is very functional and well-appointed. The + the downstairs bedroom and the 2 toilets. We would recommend this listing.

Very cozy accommodation, a small space very optimized with good bedding, close to the central train station. Fluid and very responsive communication with Antonio. The apartment is not very soundproof but it remains a detail as we had a lovely time.

Florenza was great to work with. She communicated well and helpful with check in when our flight was significantly delayed and also helped with setting up transportation to and from the airport. Location is very central to most all attractions and we found it very easy to navigate within the neighborhood. It is a tad loud due to it being on the Main Street but we knew that going in to the reservation, just something to consider if that is a concern for you. You do share a hallway with her other Airbnb apartment so you can hear quite a bit (we dealt with some very loud neighbors) but she was extremely helpful and prompt in addressing that noise problem with the other tenants. You can also hear the lift so just something to keep in mind. The place was as pictured in the listing. Clean, well stocked, and a decent size overall. Showers are very small which we expected but still found challenging. It could use a paint uplift on the walls but it was very nice either way. Great place to stay!

This was a great apartment in a really good location. Easy to get around on foot, by the hop on hop off bus or by metro. Fairly quiet at night. Shame the only real natural light is from the living room but staying in a city you can't expect everything. I'd recommend and stay again.

Flor was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a good area. The area was very walkable and had a metro station right outside. The apartment was also quiet at night.

Laura is super helpful and respond very quick. The place is so close to everything. Love the terrace. Can enjoy a cup of coffee at the terrace and very peaceful at the center of Milan. Totally recommend this place.

We stayed in this apartment for over 2 months and everything was great. Location is awesome. The apartment has everything you need, very cozy and clean and you can reach everything on foot. Great food options in front of the door. In the evening it is a bit noisy as there are many bars nearby but otherwise it was great. Nathalie and David were very great hosts, helpful, always available and very friendly. Thanks again for that! We recommend the apartment to everyone!

Maryvonne and Jean-Marie are very charming. I came for only one night, for a stop on a trip and I was warmly welcomed, the accommodation matched the description and was very clean. I spent a few days in the apartment with my wife, our daughter, and my parents. The apartment is extremely cosy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It has lovely natural light during the day and a beautiful view overlooking an internal courtyard. We truly enjoyed our stay, it felt just like home.

The stay at Patrizia's apartment was excellent. Especially the communication, the tidy impeccable apartment as well as the two large and cozy balconies were great. The somewhat outdated coffee machine may no longer meet today's needs. However, I was amazed at how well the coffee ended and this without capsules. happy to be back in Patrizia's apartment.
