Holiday rentals with beach access in Southern Maine Coast

We stayed overnight here to attend a concert at the local venue not too far from the condo, in fact, we walked to the Casino Ballroom, probably a 10 min walk.. Everything was just as described. There’s a sofa sleeper & bedroom are separate from each other, which was great. There was everything you could think of, plates, cups, paper towels, tea bags etc.. The bathroom was really nice & clean. Hoping to come back in the summer when it’s warmer. I would highly recommend staying here. Tom & Caitlin were so responsive even going out of there to look for something we left behind..

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place for a weekend trip to Salem!! The location was perfect distance from Salem and very convenient. Michael’s apartment was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, and when we checked in there was free wine and snacks waiting for us which was a nice little touch!! We would love to stay here again for a future trip to Salem!

We loved the location in Hampton Beach! We came off-season for a few days of much needed relaxation. The balcony facing the ocean provided beautiful, serene and peaceful views. Although on the 2nd floor, the stairs are easy to manuever and lead right to the beach. It is literally steps away and we were able to walk down a few times a day. The condo was the perfect size for my husband, me and our small dog. Furnishings were comfortable and decor was trendy and modern.The host was always generous and responsive with any questions. The area was quiet, private and safe. I would recommend this location to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

In my opinion, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptional, and the property met all my requirements. It was well-equipped and immaculately clean. Absolutely perfect location especially when traveling with kids. Beach is close and easy to go back to the apt. Pier is a short walk. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect place for a get-away. Right on the beach. It was great to watch the water from the living room. Being off season, not all shop and restaurants were open, but there were plenty that were. We enjoyed this space, and I recommend it.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

We needed a place to stay for the Eastern States 20 mile and half marathon event. Very pleased with the location. A quick walk to the beautiful beach and the finish line of the event we were in town for was at the Hampden Beach State Park right across the street. Sharon’s place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. She greeted me upon arrival which was also a bonus. Would stay there again if we are ever in the area again.

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Jenelle’s house was perfect for our family stay in OOB. It is a short couple minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops on the main strip. Jenelle had available beach supplies including towels, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Jenelle was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

House was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away. There was some mold in the bottom of the shower which was the only downside, but it did not detract from the overall stay. Would stay here again!

We were contacted before the stay; the owner described some updates to the property, and made sure we would know more about the neighborhood and area. The house was easy to find, and our stay was uneventful. We could have contacted the owner any time, but didn't need to, everything was as described. We will definitely keep this location in mind for the future. This was our first Airbnb, and it was a great experience. A big thanks to David and Will for providing a great experience for our family for the holidays...thank you!

We truly loved our stay! The perfect location for families who want to be near the water. Communication was great and the house is prepared and well stocked with a cozy feel.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Excellent place, sunset and sunrise is just beautiful right from your private balcony, plenty of things to do even on rainy days, huge selection of places to eat, great bands play right on the premises, great people and atmosphere. The condo was very clean and has everything you need. I would love to stay again!

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

This was my 3rd time staying at Kevin's AirBnB and it is always great! The bed is very comfortable and the entire place feels cozy. To top it off, there is the perfect view of the water from the balcony. It has everything you need for a little beach getaway. Will be staying again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the electronic fireplace made us felt at home and comfortable. I especially loved the small touches with the books and games tucked away above the tv waiting to be found. Also we got a nice surprise on NYE with some fireworks on the beach. The hardest thing to figure out was where the trash room was but José sent a picture which helped a lot.

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

Diane was great to communicate with and made evrything super easy for our stay!
