Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Southern Sydney

Beautiful home in lush surroundings. Kirstin and Julian are excellent hosts and the property served us well. The lovely warm pool, the beautiful lawns and stunning views, together with the close proximity to Palm Beach, Whale Beach and Avalon town centre made our family get away memorable

Despite the rain we really enjoyed due to the really comfortable home with lot’s of space and the great location we were still able to enjoy the beach and restaurants that are really close by. We absolutely loved staying in this home! it was spacious, yet cute and cosy, beautifully decorated. 2 decent sized bathrooms with extra toilet downstairs made it great for having 4 guests. The yard was honestly the biggest stand-out for me. Absolutely luscious jungle feel garden, loads of greenery/bamboo. big outdoor dining, plus hot tub which was lots of fun. We had a great time just staying in on our first night cooking a meal and hanging out in this cute space. We have two small doggies who loved the place, great yard for dogs. Many people have commented about the wardrobe being full, but this was noted in the description and honestly didn't bother us. same goes for check out - which was definitely a lot more to do that your usual air bnb, but really wasn't a big deal to strip the bed and put a load of towels in the wash. Thank you for having us!

We stayed at Helen’s for 2 months while preparing to move out of the country. We love the location- it is walkable to public transit, the beach, parks and restaurants/shops. Despite being close to everything it is also quiet and peaceful, which is not always easy to find in Sydney. Helen and Tony are amazing hosts, always responsive and communicative. The house is equipped with everything you could need and you immediately feel at home. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. We greatly appreciated and felt lucky to be able to stay there!

We stayed here for a family wedding in Wollongong with our extended family of 8 ranging from our 7 year old daughter to our great grandparents in their late 70's. The place is as pictured, beautiful view of the lake, spacious, lots of separate areas to hang out and even a game room! Location was central as it was 15 mins drive to main Wollongong where the church was located and 9 mins drive to the wedding reception. Definitely recommend for a family stay!

Great apartment in a great location to explore Sydney. Enjoyed staying here as a family, beds were comfy and the big bath was a bonus. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaye's place. The home feels so cozy and we felt right at home. The garden is beautiful and so well kept, it is a little private oasis with a spa to relax in. My son, 6 months old loved the house and watching the birds in the garden. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us. The location is great! so many coffee shops to walk to, train station that goes directly to the City, Cronulla, Westfield Miranda or down the coast. The house has absolutely everything you need and Kaye is a wonderful host. I highly recommend Kaye's place and we will definitely be back.

This is one of those places that lives up to the photos. Beautiful spot away from the noise but yet close to the classics, seacliff bridge walk, a local rsl and a friendly safe swimming beach. Tracey was flexible and very responsive to make the experience amazing! Will be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a recharge getaway or just a fun time

Lovely 2 bedroom unit in the heart of Thirlmere. Host was super responsive and accommodated a few requests. Overall good value for money. Picton is not too far either.

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. beautiful house & location,what a magnificent view. Pool was very clean ,surrounds untidy,needs a gardener. Inside clean & comfortable,Aircon,washer& dryer a godsend. I spent lots of time on lounge outside marveling at all going on with the sea,very relaxing. Close to shops & restaurants.

It’s a great location, just 10 minutes drive from city / airport. Great host and pristine clean home. Walking distance from beach and a bunch of restaurants.

Totally enjoyed my stay. Chuantao’s house is beautiful and at good location and he’s very helpful and welcoming. :)
