Holiday rentals with a kayak in Southside

We loved our quaint little cottage at Karen’s place! She was very nice, easy to communicate with, and had helpful recommendations for us. The road to get there took some getting used to, but the view off the balcony is breathtaking! We loved spending our mornings out there. St. John is definitely somewhere we will visit again, and we’ll contact Karen in the future for our stay.

From start to finish we had a wonderful time at this home. Book VI provided a link to share with our group with the list of helpful pointers and recommendations from restaurants, beaches to shopping. The place was beautiful and well appointed and had comfortable beds too. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and the SUP while there. They had coolers too which came in handy for our beach outings. This place was about 15 min or so from Cruz Bay and grocery stores were nearby too. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay near Cruz Bay and enjoy seeing the stars, stay here. I highly recommend staying here.

From the moment we arrived at the airport and St Thomas, it was an amazing experience. The owner Michael picked us up on time and off we went to our place. The place had an amazing view of Hull Bay and Magens Bay. So breathtaking. We had plenty of room with a wrap around deck to take everything in! The grill also made it nice to eat in and relax a couple of nights as well. We also were provided a 4-wheel drive to explore the island with a small fee which was a must. Absolutely recommend this place!!

This unit is absolutely stunning inside with beautiful fixtures, high end materials, comfortable furniture, endless space and truly tasteful appointments. There isn’t a thing we can think of that needs improving! Even though it’s not directly on the beach, you’re about as close to “off beach” as it gets with great water views of Chocolate Hole from the first level patio and upstairs deck. We loved snorkeling with the turtles and tropical fish as there’s a beautiful reef and coral along the left shoreline. The availability of paddle boards and kayaks, right on the shore, was also fun and made it super easy to explore. The location is perfect, just far enough away from the action but also close enough to get to all the restaurants and shopping in Cruz Bay, as well as endless choices of beaches and hikes. Our hosts were very helpful, always responsive and made our stay truly care free and memorable. Hands down, 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ !

We adored staying at Villa Blanca! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable there. The views from the balcony were incredible and it was hard to leave such a wonderful spot.
