We had a fabulous stay at Joe's place in Brighton. Great location. Not only is the view from the balcony amazing on a sunny day but the facilities in the flat itself were great. Really felt like a home from home. Thanks Joe!

Lovely apartment a stone’s throw from the sea. Squeaky clean, super accommodation, delightful courtyard and pretty much every amenity considered to ensure a great stay. A home from home, but with seagulls and beach. Caroline is a fantastic host. Would thoroughly recommend.

Delightful flat, we walked to the beachfront 15 minutes away where there were restaurants and bars. Definitely use this flat and Marie was immediately responsive when we had some questions.

We had a wonderful stay, I can't think of anything negative at all. The host was so accommodating and quick to respond. Beautiful property which was spotlessly clean and in a great location with a car park located on the street which is was very reasonable. Lots of restraunts and shops close by and a short walk from the sea. We will definitely return, thank you.

Abi's apartment is super sweet! It is spacious and light and located in a quiet road, only 15 minutes walk to Brighton and a 5 minutes -slow- walk to the beach. I have had the loveliest long weekend there and will book again in the future.

had a great stay at Laura's. situated in a quiet cul de sac not far from Horsham town centre. Place was spotlessly clean and as described. Laura was always helpful and responsive with any queries.

In the end I did not stay at the house but my colleges did and have asked me to leave the review on their behalf - the house was lovely, Rachel was extremely helpful (I can vouch for that having done the booking !), good communication all round. It was a great location as we were working at Pride weekend and we hope we will be able to stay here again next year along with 2 other weekends too ! Many thanks 👍🏽

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay Crossways. The house was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and great to have TV's in the bedrooms. WIFI was fast and reliable. Off road parking was a bonus and it was lovely to sit out in the large garden after a day out. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were surprised about considering the amount of properties there. Check in process was very easy and we had great communication from the hosts. Great base to explore the area.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

A decent town house close to everything Brighton has to offer with the added bonus of dedicated parking. OK in off season but small courtyard garden hardly gets any sun so in summer some could be dissapointed. Had a small issue with the shower screen that led to a flooded bathroom floor. Owner quick to respond and he will fix it. We said not to worry whilst we were there and used towels tomorrow up.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Very happy with our stay at Darren & Tammy's place, the apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, felt newly renovated, and it had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive, any questions we had were responded to within a few minutes, which is not the norm in our experience. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely look to book again when we next come back to Worthing.

Perfect location for a long weekend in Hove. 5 minute walk to the promenade and 10 minutes to local high street with shops / restaurants. Apartment exactly as described with lovely private garden that would be amazing to sit out in / BBQ when the weather cooperates. Private parking a real bonus . Joanne was very helpful,friendly and responsive. We had a great time and would be happy to do a repeat visit.

Gorgeous little apartment for our 2 night stay in Brighton, while my husband ran the marathon. Perfect location, within walking distance of everywhere, you can see the sea from the front door! Lots of lovely cafes and bars very close by. We took advantage of the free off street parking offered, which is usually unheard of in a city! The apartment was cosy, perfectly equipped, clean and well styled! Our toddler loved the big bedroom window where he could watch the birds. Will was an incredible host, checking in on us and making sure everything was right. I 100% recommend staying here!

Stephen & James are perfect hosts. Communication 1st rate. The apartment was fabulous and view totally awesome. Though the weather was cold and damp at the time of our stay, the apartment was always a comfortable temperature. The location could not be better. I'd defiantly recommend this Penthouse Penthouse apartment and will happily book again when returning to Brighton.

We stayed in Jon's place for a month and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen was well equipped to cook delicious meals, the living room was spacious with natural sunlight, the bed was super comfortable to sleep on and the hot water was powerful and had a good supply. Jon's place is close to Beachy Head and had trails at his door step. His accomodation is conveniently located with supermarkets and services close by. We hope to return to Jon's place, the next we are on Eastbourne.

The place was spotless, check in and out was super easy and when we had a problem with the heating Katharine came straight over to fix the issue. Furthermore we left some jewellery in the flat and didn’t realise, Katharine was quick to post the jewellery straight to our address. Would 100% recommend.

The house was very clean and the decoration was lovely. The upstairs neighbours were a little on the noisy side above the bedroom but this is not the owners' fault in any way. We were so happy that we could take our pet with us and we didn't need to walk on eggshells with our pet. Connor was very quick with responses when we had questions and was very helpful. My two recommendations would be that it would have been great if hand towels could have also been provided and also a little coffee machine such as a Nespresso would have been a really nice touch (though there was a French press provided). Other than that, the property was so homely and was located at such a nice prime spot that if I was to go to Brighton again, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this place. Highly recommended! Thank you for the hospitality.
