Cozy apartment, easy to park, very very friendly and helpful hostess.

Beautiful & cozy apartment, was able to walk to the beach which is a plus. The hosts were very helpful even sending out a maintenance man the next day when we were having issues the night before. Would definitely stay here again.

We had to find a place quickly as we were traveling when the storm was about to hit north florida. I located Marlene's place and dove right in. It has been awhile since I've been to the Cape and although it was storming the entire stay we were able to view some neat changes along the way driving in. Marlene was very responsive to a question I had upon checking in. The kids were so glad to be out of the vehicle. The place was wonderful, clean and comfortable. It stormed our entire stay so we were only able to enjoy her space inside and nothing outside our around the area. We would definitely book again!

The place was cute, simple and clean, not over decorated which I appreciated. The kitchen had the necessary things needed for cooking meals even some seasonings. There were a couple very small minor details and when I informed the host she was attentive and very quick to respond. overall we enjoyed our stay.

Connie’s place was perfect for our short stay. Basically on the beach, and across from local restaurants. Connie had towels and beach chairs which came in handy for our stay. Cute place to say while visiting cocoa beach. Thanks for hosting us

If you're heading to Cocoa Beach, this is the place to stay! We had an amazing time here with our adult kids over a weekend of surfing. The beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were a huge bonus – made beach days super easy. The kitchen was perfect for whipping up a quick meal after a full day of surfing. The beds were super comfy, and we loved hanging out in the TV area together. Plus, the board games they have made for some fun family time! The location is absolutely ideal, and there are a few local restaurants that are definitely worth checking out. Don’t miss out on Fat Dunky’s ice cream – it’s delicious! Highly recommend this spot for a perfect Cocoa Beach getaway! Francis was an outstanding host. We will come back!!!

Holy amazeballs. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. If you are looking for a place in the Cocoa Beach area... this is where you want to stay.

John’s place is a quiet retreat away from the busy areas but close enough to get there in a few minutes. And the three minute walk to the beach is wonderful. The place is clean and John was responsive but not at all overbearing. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it for others.

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Nari was a great host with perfect communication. The house & surrounding areas were exactly as described. No issues with steps (as some have noted). The sleeping area is well separated from the living quarters and the deck outside along with the reading loft gave plenty of space for all of us. Laundry on the 2nd floor is a great value add! Satellite Beach itself is perfect with the beach directly outside of the home and not too busy. We were able to see a space launch from Cape Canaveral (Blue Origins - New Glenn). Highly recommended! We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Matthew’s beach house. The pool was fantastic, and each day we took advantage of the 3 minute walk down the street to Cocoa Beach!

I took a girls weekend trip here and couldn’t have been more pleased with the property from the utilities to the private beach access out back. I would definitely recommend this stay and could absolutely see myself coming back!

Great location! We were able to walk to beach, visit family before checking in for a cruise. The condo was clean, and looked like described! Would rent it again!!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights, and it was wonderful! Andrea is such a great host and made check in/out very smooth and easy, as well as responded to anything we needed very quickly. The place itself was extremely clean and the surrounding neighbors were friendly. Everything you need from pots and pans to cleaning supplies are provided which is a huge benefit. Would highly recommend and we hope to be staying here again in the future!

Everything about this unit was just easy and made the vacation. Easy parking, close proximity to all amenities, clean, and has a million dollar view. The unit has style and is perfect for a couple. Everything one might want for a day at the beach is provided. This place is a gem and we look forward to the next visit.

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning!
