Penelope's place is an absolute dream that I would recommend to pretty much anyone. As a host Penelope is super helpful and lovely to deal with, even popping down with home made cake halfway through the stay. The place is spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you need as well as loaded with groceries / snacks and drinks to welcome you in which is a lovely touch. As a location, you can't ask for much more, stunning views, super peaceful and the multiple outside spaces are perfect for chasing the sun or shade throughout the day. We had such a great time and will be coming again as soon as we can.

Pascalis and Lucy were such lovely hosts. They were super kind, always available and gave us great recommendations around the island. The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean and we enjoyed every bit of it. We also joined for a Greek night at their Bar which was a very fun and joyful night. We would recommend the house 100% and it was lovely to meet Pascalis and Lucy! We enjoyed our trip to the fullest and surely come back one day!

Upon arrival at villa Maria, it was already like a warm bath: a proud and very friendly owner who waited for us, the full fridge and extras like local honey and wine. And then the beautiful decor, more spacious than expected, and as a cherry on the cake the beautiful view from the large terrace and the lovely swimming pool. We really enjoyed the house, its quiet area with plenty of privacy. The cozy Vathy is a few minutes drive away. Many thanks to Dora and her husband as perfect hosts.

We had an amazing vacation at the villa! The property is even better in reality than it seems in the photos, especially the sunsets and ocean views. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped. Reizi as a host was very friendly, welcoming and responsive, always making sure we’d have the best time possible. We will definitely come back!

The most beautiful place I have every stayed! Location is perfect, nestled away with a lovely view yet easily walkable into the many restaurants of Agia Effimia for dinner. Lounging in the living area with a view of the private pool, or under the shade of the parasol in the sun was the perfect holiday experience. Though we only travelled as a couple, the extra wardrobe space and second bathroom were an ideal luxury for a week's stay. Angela, who greeted us on arrival, was extremely helpful during our stay with restaurant recommendations, and extras like our in-villa massages. Appreciated the daily breakfast which catered well for vegetarians. Agia Effimia is the best location in Kefalonia for exploring the island and Pera Perou is the chicest private accommodation, with the service of a five star hotel.

Lovely place, the pool is beautiful with an amazing view. The beach was a little disappointing as it is used as more of a commercial port for boat trips with a small swimming area.

We had a fab week at the villa, it’s in the most lovely place with amazing views overlooking the sea. The villa had all the amenities and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor dining space was great for enjoying meals with a view. The location was peaceful yet close enough to local attractions and beaches, making it easy to explore. Lena was attentive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this villa for a perfect getaway and would love to return!

The reviews below are true—this place is better than the pictures. Nikos’s place exceeded even our already high expectations. The view is spectacular, the outdoor space and pool is delightful, and the kitchen is well stocked. It was also such a joy to eat at his family’s restaurant down the street—free breakfast every day and well priced homemade dinner!

Amazing place! Everything about the villa was exactly as described and shown in the photos which all contributed to a wonderful family holiday. The villa is equipped with everything you might need and the views are absolutely beautiful especially the sunsets. Communication with Panos was excellent and all the food essentials that were left for our arrival were greatly appreciated. All the reviews are 5 star which proves it is a great place to stay. We would certainly love to return!

We had a lovely stay at the Akron Luxury Suite. From the moment we arrived, Arthur was incredibly welcoming and made check-in a breeze. He provided us with excellent local recommendations, which really helped us make the most of our trip. The suite itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool was a perfect touch, making our experience feel like a true luxury getaway. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We have recently returned form 5 relaxing days at this villa. The villa had everything we needed - and more, with many places to spread out and relax with a big group. We were warmly welcomed at the airport by Theti, who remained on hand in case there were any issues (which there weren’t 😀) and the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Importantly, the kitchen was very well equipped and during our stay we enjoyed meals at each of the three outside tables. Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful, both before the trip (with a detailed booklet of things locally and further afield, as well as responding quickly to queries, seeming to be happy to be of help) and during - via Theti, who was more local. We hired a car through Carlos’ friend and this was the easiest and quickest car hire arrangement we have experienced - even coming out to change the car for us after day 1 (when we realised we should have a bigger car for our group!). Thank you Carlos for a fabulous stay.

We had the most relaxing stay at Villa Kanali. The villa's proximity to the beach was perfect - it was a very short walk to the beach, yet also very quiet and private. Despite being so close to the sea, it was still great to have the sparkling clean pool. Anamaria and Dimitrios were very responsive and helpful. Lourdata is beautiful with the ocean infront and the mountain behind. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars. We didn't have a car, but we rented a motor boat to explore the nearby caves and beaches. We definitely recommend Kanali and hope to return.

This place is a paradise. Quiet, comfortable, clean and the views are absolutely stunning. I didn’t want to leave and ended up extending for two more days. Ideal location to explore the Island and Themis was a very attentive host. I wish there were more stars to give!

An amazing Villa with amazing views. The inside was beautiful and well equipped like staying in a 5 star hotel. Also in walking distance to a beautiful swim spot and Windmill restaurant. Sitting in the pool watching the sun go down each night made our trip.

Very nice villa in an unbeatable location - right on the beach, short walk to restaurants, bars, shop, watersports. Pool is small, but it’s a lovely place to sit out - poolside furniture must have been replaced since other reviews, we found it fine. Terrace is a great place to eat dinner or take in the view. Some more comfortable chairs here would have helped, but it’s a superb setting. The little garden is a bonus, with banana palms and lime and orange trees. Host was slow to respond before we arrived, but then very helpful with instructions, late check-out and dealing with household rubbish (dumpsters arrive and disappear sporadically). The beach is a beautiful place to sunbathe and also to swim, especially in the mornings when it is glassy flat. Perfect resort for us - plenty of eats/drinks but relatively undeveloped/non-touristy. A few snags stop it being ‘luxury’ - the kitchen units a bit beaten up, our bedside lights didn’t work - but aircon and showers were excellent

fabulous villa in a great setting. plenty of brilliant restaurants offering value food within easy walking distance. if you have a car, there are some great options near volimes also. the host was superb - great instructions and very responsive without being obtrusive. couldn't have wished for better.

Before we arrived we were sent details of places to visit and other information so we could be prepared before our stay. Upon arrival the villa looked bigger than the pictures. The villa was spacious clean and had everything we needed. The local amenities were on our doorstep, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. We found everything we needed for our weeks stay within a 1min walk. This was extremely handy as we traveled with a 13 & 8 year old. The beach in the opposite direction was a short walk from the villa which had beautiful views, the beach has bars & restaurants too. The beach is famous for turtle spotting which we were lucky enough to see one. We would recommend a car to see the rest of the island.

We had a fantastic couple of weeks staying at Villa Sunflower. The villa itself was perfect for our family of four. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It's in a stunning location with gorgeous views over the Argostoli bay, which can be enjoyed from any of the three balconies. The pool was brilliant, our children loved playing in there at least once every day. There were inflatables, balls, games etc. that made their pool time even more fun. There's plenty of comfortable sunlounges to relax on around the pool if that's what you prefer! On arrival Vicky and Kelvin were there to meet us. They had left us water in the fridge along with various other goodies. We really couldn't ask for more from our hosts. They were happy to answer any questions or offer advice on where to park in Argostoli to where they'd recommend to eat out. Overall it was an amazing holiday and if we return to Kefalonia we will be sure to come back to Villa Sunflower.

We stayed at this villa for 6 days and loved every moment. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early due to our flight’s arrival time. The villa was cleaned daily, and on the second morning, we were surprised with freshly baked goods. The pool was also cleaned daily, and the BBQ came fully equipped with tools, ready for immediate use. The space was exactly as shown in the pictures and comfortably fit five adults. It's just a 10-minute walk to the local town, and while there’s a slight uphill walk back, it’s manageable for anyone with average fitness. Streetlights make walking back at night easy. We didn’t rent a car and found the local bus to Zante town convenient, costing just €2.50 and taking 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again when I return to Tsivili.

Had a lovely end of season break. The weather was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil setting and fabulous sunsets. Close to Magganos with a couple of restaurants and shops as well as being a short drive to some pretty beaches and Fiskardo. The house is clean, well laid out and comfortable with a lovely pool.

Villa was absolutely spotless with everything we needed. Kostas was friendly, helpful and laid back and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable in his beautiful Villa built by himself and his Father. He also allowed one of our party to stay past check out abd arranged a taxi as his flight left later. We would absolutely stay here again. Useful having a car but if all you want to do is relax by the pool this villa is a perfect home from home in beautiful Kefalonia!

Our stay at Villa Mare was truly a remarkable experience. It is a rare thing to enjoy a vacation destination that is even better than advertised. Villa Mare is not only 5-Star lodging, but the physical location sits midway up the mountain providing breathtaking vistas from every room and every outdoor patio. Additionally, Constantino was the consummate host, staying alert to any needs we had including helping us arrange a boat rental regardless of the fact that very few locations were open so early in the season. A memorable location, otherworldly views and a very stylish space to stay. We will return!
