Vasiliki was great and we had very easy communication. The house was absolutely clean with a great view . I highly recommend it.

Christos was a wonderful host he met us as we got close to the home so we could follow him and he showed us around the property. It looks just like the pictures. The views are spectacular and having pool is nice to come back to. It felt very safe. It’s close about 8 min drive to the center of town supermarket, gas station, restaurants, port.

We had a wonderful week at Mandy's house. The location is unbeatable—just 50 meters from a stunning beach in a peaceful, green area where you can hear the soothing sound of the sea. The view from the house is breathtaking. The pool is fantastic, with a shallow section that's perfect for kids (just be sure not to jump in there!). The house was spotlessly clean and had plenty of space for two families with small children. Mandy was incredibly helpful, providing excellent tips and recommendations. A big thank you to Rana, the housekeeper, who greeted us and was always there to assist when needed.

We had a great time at Milva’s place! The house is amazing; even better than the photos. Mr George was really helpful and always easy to reach - if you are looking for the perfect accommodation at Porto Cheli this is it! Thank you Milva and George! We’ll see you again soon 🙃

My recent stay at Christine's Airbnb on the enchanting island of Spetses was an absolute delight from start to finish. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable. Every room was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that Christine takes great pride in ensuring her guests have a pristine environment to relax in, and it truly made a difference in my overall experience. The spaciousness of the house was another pleasant surprise. The generous living areas and well-appointed bedrooms provided ample room for me and my companions to unwind and spread out. The location of the Airbnb couldn't have been more convenient. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, it was still within easy reach of all the attractions and amenities of Spetses Island. The picturesque beaches, charming villages, and lively waterfront were just a short walk or bike ride away, allowing us to explore the island with ease.

We really appreciated the history, heritage and the traditional elements of the house. The decoration was meticulously curated, like telling a story, while highlighting its unique character. Our favorite part was the cosy lounge area on the veranda admiring the view of Spetses and the sea!

Great house , awesome veranda sea view, 5 min walk to Agios Mamas, three bedrooms living room two bathrooms , kitchen fully equipped , spotless , generally like our home, great people the hosts live below , very thoughtful house and should be noticed by those who stay. EXCELLENT!

Perfect location, Perfect host

Very nice house in Ligoneri with an incredible view ! Close to the port with the bus. Close to Ligoneri beach by foot. Communication with Loukia was very easy. A mini market is just outside the house. We had a very great time in this lovely house :) We recommand it.

The setting was stunning. the view was great. the super clean pool . Cleaning was provided practically every day. swimming against the current. very clean house. 3 baths and TOILET. Nothing is missing in the house. The new barbecue was delivered to us the day after our arrival. Our host was unheard of kindness. we loved his responsiveness. it is difficult to find negative points. The points we raise are as follows: there are two bedrooms in the basement and we would have liked to know as they had no view. and we would have appreciated having benches or seating in the pool as it is very nice but it is 2 meters of background so we don't have feet.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Erminel in between olive trees and the exceptional home decoration that makes you want to get to know more about the history of the house. It's been a pleasure to get to know Alex and Ingela who are very welcoming and try their best to make you feel at home and give you tips how to spend your time in the area. Beaches and sights are very easy to reach by car and by the end of september the area is not so heavily populated. We really enjoyed our self cooked meals on the beautiful terrace and can only recommend a stay at Villa Erminel!

We had a great stay — the terrace and yard in particular are both lovely. The space was very clean, ACs worked well, and self check in was easy. Anna was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, helping us organize taxis and with general questions about the house.

Very peaceful house. After a tired process, both the house and the atmosphere felt like medicine. We were greeted by green and blue. It was very enjoyable to be away from the crowds, to be alone with nature, and to watch the magnificent sunset colors. We could reach grocery stores and restaurants in 5 minutes by car at any time. We would come back and would definitely recommend it.

Begum's place in Spetses was everything we had imagined to be. The check in was easy, the house was really well prepared and the place was very clean. The few issues we had were dealt with quite quickly and efficiently. Begum is a great host, very responsive to her messages. We felt at home and comfortable.

We had a great time at the Casa! Very convenient and well thought-out layout, beautiful outdoor areas, all four (!) of them - three terraces and a pool area. The house had absolutely everything we needed. The sea view was incredible. The house is within walking distance from many restaurants and the centre of Porto Cheli, yet very quiet and tranquil. Christos was an amazing host - he gave us all of the information needed and much more including local recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, beaches, etc. He was also very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Great private and quiet villa. Better than the pictures. The swimming pool is fantastic and the garden looks beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen and outside kitchen. The host and Isabella ( home service) are very nice people. Their service and response time are outstanding. We definitely will come back in a few years!

ligoneri is a development of the 60/70s. the views are fantastic, the architecture functional. Leo's house is possibly the best situated of the whole nearly 200 homes, situated in the lower rank and actually walkable to the beach. the property is exactly as shown in the pictures. it was perfect for me and the 4 kids I had in toe, mine and their friends. there is no Aircon in the bedrooms but the fans were enough for us. the water pressure is amazing. the kitchen, we cooked proper family meals, sharp knives, lemon juicers, chopping boards wonderful hobb oven. there is a bus that takes you into town that leaves nearly every hour and costing only 2 euros per person, otherwise the walk is a healthy 45 mins, we struggled to locate any taxis when we needed them. however, everyone delivers, the supermarket, the butcher, the fish mongers. if you like unorganised beaches as I do there are at least 3 within spitting distance. the waters are beautiful.

We were 2 families and stayed for 10 days. The area is nice with restaurants, bar, coffee shop, mini market all nearby. The walk to town is mo more than 10/15 minutes. Plenty or noce beaches within 10 minutes fistance. The house had everything we needed. Anna is so super friendly, kind and responsive, a real asset when looking at booking a place to stay for relaxing holidays!!!

Christina’s house is just perfect. If you want to spend quiet and peaceful time on the island this house is the best place to do so. The hora (main village) is far enough to avoid all big city life :) and close enough to visit a taverna or a bar at night. The sea in a walking distance, you have to go uphill if you want go back home (but again you would love to go back and chill after on the balcony watching the colours of the sunset). Even if the island is a total beauty, you want to spend time at the house since it’s cozy, stylish and the view from the balcony is stunning. Just go, stop reading :))
