Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Spokane County

Jake was probably one of the most responsive and kind hosts i have had. The apartment was clean and beautiful and comfortable. It was very cold outside when i was there, but the space stayed cozy and warm bc of the mini splits. I had to work most of the time i was there but the beautiful exposed brick walls and open design and all of the windows made it a very pleasant place to work. And the beds (and couch) were super comfy. The closets spacious. The open kitchen was also great. Oh and the pool table downstairs was a huge hit with my teenager. And then you can’t leave out being right next door to The Original Pancake House! The food co-op was only a block or so away. Great stay and would definitely come back and let friends know about it.

Jake's apartment was perfect for my week stay. The place matched the photos and description perfectly. Jake was very helpful and responsive and even brought over extra items for me. The apartment was very clean and a perfect location downtown. I didn't have a car, but was able to walk all around downtown very easily to restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen was clean and had all utensils, the bed was comfortable, and the washer and dryer was great for a week stay. It was a very quiet location and will definitely recommend this location when friends and family come into town! Jake was very responsive and helpful and even allowed me to store my luggage for an extra few hours!

I had to stay in Spokane for two weeks after major surgery. This location was perfect for me. Only a mile away from the hospital, fully ADA compliant with grab bars in the master bath and no stairs. Loved the open kitchen/dining/living room design. Didn't hear any sound at all from neighboring apartments. Planning a repeat stay for my next surgery.

I really liked the apartments. I read in the reviews about the noise from the train, but personally I didn't hear anything. I can't write anything bad about the apartments or the owner. Everything was great.

Place was clean and great price. Fabulous Waffle restaurant and Sushi place just steps away from front door

Stay and hosts were great though we had little need to communicate with them as it was all well handled through notification e-mails and texts. The only "issue" was with the lack of a space to step into and remove shoes and jackets during the snowy weather. We ended up putting a towel down as the entry mat was tiny, but that's not unexpected given the small scale of the unit.

Very cute place! The complex itself is modern, clean and with lots of windows. Check in was easy, and the space was clean. I messaged the lister with a question and they responded within 20 minutes. I recommend!

Super clean as pictures and Jerry and Natasha was great host to respond promptly and kind to allow flexible check in. It was a great stay enjoying hot tub in snowy days.

Very comfortable stay. Clean and beds were cont. Perfect accommodations for our group of friends. Open concept kitchen and sitting room allowed us to gather and visit for meals. The hot tub, BBQ and fire pit were the perfect amenities for our winter retreat. Jeff was a great host. Communication was perfectly timed. He was proactive to ensure we had everything we needed, and quick to respond.

Absolutely loved our stay here! My church gets together in Spokane every year for a convention and this was one of our favorite homes we've stayed in. It was so cute, well cared for, and perfect for our group.

We were very happy with our stay, Plenty of room for my group, comfortable , Recommendations…could use a few more end tables and a chair in the the family room? , head boards on the beds would be a nice touch but nothing major needs to change , I can recommend and would stay here again

We stayed for a long weekend ski trip. House worked great for our family. Basement is a bonus to store skis and not have to worry about leaving them in the car. Walkable to Perry street bars and restaurants.
