Wonderful vacation, two terraces with an exceptional view... "Parthenope" movie model. It was really a shame to have to leave... Nadia is very kind and very helpful, everything was perfect... a beautiful bike path, which takes you to the center in 5 minutes... what can I say... A top apartment... for a wonderful Sanremo... The apartment is top notch in a beautiful house right on the sea. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the beach in front of the house. We felt very comfortable. It should be noted that the apartment is located directly under the roof on the third floor without an elevator. However, this was no problem for us and the staircase already offers a nice flair, which is surpassed by the apartment. At summer outdoor temperatures of 35 degrees, the air conditioning has served well. It is advisable to reserve a parking space in advance or use the public parking lot about 8 minutes' walk away. We liked it very much, we will be happy to come back.

Even more beautiful apartment than the photos and description, the only thing is the noise due to the collection of the trash can in front of the street but bearable. Very important parking spot. Everything is very clean and tidy. Accurate and available owners. We'll definitely be back soon because it's really a gem near the sea and downtown.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

My husband, our 12 year old son and I had great 12 days at this property and the surrounding area. It completely corresponds to Giulia's description. The associated parking space in an underground garage is a 5-minute walk away and was very generous to park. The location of the accommodation (very quiet yet central) was excellent for the many excursions along the coast and into the hinterland. We were able to park our bikes comfortably in the garden, which contains very nice lemon trees, a ping-pong table and chairs as well as a table to linger. The surrounding area has many caffes and restaurants. Our son has to eat gluten-free and we found right one street away an excellent pizzeria (My Dream) making an excellent gluten-free pizza. We can definitely recommend this place.

The place was exactly as described. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and was extremely clean. Nadia is an extremely nice hostess, friendly and accommodating. Beautiful apartment on different levels in an old Italian townhouse with small balcony to the sea! We felt very comfortable! Especially the cozy kitchen with the window to the sea was our preferred place to stay. The beds are comfortable and you can sit comfortably on the sofas in the living room. The contact with Tatjana was nice and hassle-free! We will be happy to come back!

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! A few steps from the sea and the center of Cogoleto (which can be reached with a pleasant walk), Raffaella's apartment is a small jewel. We really felt right at home, with all the necessary amenities. There's really nothing missing! The sofa bed is also spacious and comfortable. All necessary information is provided. Very quiet and green area, nice and kind neighbors. Raffaella and Aldo were available during our stay and friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

A great apartment, we actually didn't lack anything. With 2 children, we also had enough space and the location right on the walking path is very good for excursions from the front door. The absolute highlight, however, is clearly the fantastic view. Mascia is the perfect host, thank you so much! We felt very comfortable.

We had some lovely days in Laigueglia! Welcoming and very friendly hosts. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect in the middle of the village and close to the beach.

The apartment has a large terrace with full sea views, beautiful. It is freshly renovated, the bathroom and kitchen are modern and perfectly clean. It is in a closed compound with safety, it is very quiet and it gives access to the promenade on the sea. To get to the village of Cogoleto, it takes 30 minutes to walk, so it takes a little while to go for a quick run or go to the restaurant. The coast is very beautiful, the walk to Cogoleto and the villages all around very pretty, the sea, the palm trees, old houses. It was Margherita who received us, she was super nice, pro-active and always reacted very quickly. We really appreciated that she put basic products in the kitchen, like sugar, salt, oil, pasta, tomato sauce, cereals, etc.
