Holiday rentals with a pool in Spring

This place was perfect for our family. We rented the home and guesthouse which was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. The back yard had pool which at the time we went was alittle cold to swim but very nice. The hot tub was definitely used Everything we needed was there for our use. Kitchen was very well stocked. I always take xtra everything just in case. But everything needed was onsite. Any questions we had Saleem always responded very quickly. I would highly recommend this home for a stay. We were there for our Grandsons wedding. Everyone really enjoyed us being together and had a very nice stay. Definitely would stay there again Thank You Saleem & Robyn Dianna Lara and Family

Stayed here to prep for my wedding. My cousin was my florist, so we needed space where we could do all of that prep work and I wanted to be closer to the venue. This place was perfect! It was spacious, clean, and easy to get to/from. Raisel was really great when my cousin needed to check in since I wasn't in town yet, but my cousin was. Very communicative. Thank you!

We had a great first time air b&b experience! The hosts were accommodating and the fresh baked cookies were a hit. The neighborhood felt safe, the pool was nice, and the location was within decent distances of our trip highlights.

We loved our stay at Raphael's home. The house is gorgeous. The neighborhood is beautiful. The location was great also. But the thing that made our stay was the pool. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and the patio area. It made our get away super relaxing. Raphael was a great host. He was very proactive in communicating with us and checking that everything was in order. As for the house itself, it was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The theater room was fun for watching movies. I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be sorry.

This is one of favorite listings in the Houston area. I always check to see if its available when traveling to the area. This home is literally a home away from home stay.

First of all, I'd like to praise Sami for his responsiveness. Not many hosts, in my experience, have had good communication lines, but Sami was excellent. Also, the house was nice and accomodated all our family and we had a pleasent stay. With that out of the way, I do have some minor complaints. I have some gripes with the neighbors, especially this one lady, who harassed us once or twice during our stay. Also, we had a problem with the pool. The heated pool worked very well on the first day of our stay, but then was not operable after that, so we couldn't use the pool for the rest of the stay. But thankfully, Sami was very nice to compensate us, so I will give it a pass. Other than that, I have no real complaints. I would be happy to stay at Sami's again.

We enjoyed the view, games, and fishing. We also enjoyed how close a restaurant was and the comfort of the condo. Had a great time for our anniversary.

Demetrius was a very outstanding host. We had to leave our previous host due to her not letting us know she didn’t have not having electricity and Demetrius saved the day by quickly responding to a last minute booking. His condo was flawless and so clean. I will definitely be booking again.

We had the perfect weekend here. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The lake view from the balcony was beautiful and perfect to watch the sunrise. Jing and Bob were wonderful hosts. They had provided clear instructions on how to check in, were very responsive to our questions. The kitchen is fully stocked and you’ll be all set for a peaceful weekend getaway. I can’t wait to visit again!

Updated condo. First floor - no carrying luggage up stairs. Beautiful view of lake. Excellent communication with host. Excellent directions and check in explanation.

Nice apartment. Unbeatable location for my long term stay. Excellent restaurants nearby. Recommend a visit to Dun Huang Plaza on Bellaire - good restaurants and Oasis Foot Spa is exceptional. Easy access from complex back gate to great walking/biking trails. Min was an excellent, responsive host.
