Awesome home and location. Only 10 minutes or so from the strip and 15 minutes with traffic. Hosts were awesome and very helpful. I will have them as my number one stop each time I go to Vegas. Thanks for a great time

We, a party of 3, stayed for 7 days. The house is nicely appointed and clean. Kitchen was well equipped for coking if needed. Check-in and Check-out was very easy. I had lost my code to get in but the host was very responsive and let me in remotely and resent the code. Recommended.

Gigi’s place was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and so many little extras that shows she is a great host. Everything was amazing and the communication was outstanding! Thank you!

Very private and peaceful location, yet just 15 minutes to the Strip and 8 minutes to shopping/restaurants at Town Square. Full sized soccer field with lights, separate fully finished garage with games and another bed/bath was nice. There were some issues with the home from prior guests, but the host was very responsive and took care of all issues right away. The home is a bit dated in some parts, but remodeled nicely in other parts. It is very spacious and had character. Gated property within walking distance to a horse park, playground and peacock farm. Would stay again.

This was a wonderful gathering space. My grandkids had so much fun in the pool and hot tub. The space was large enough for them to just be kids and play in the house too. Chucky has thoughtfully accommodate with a play pen and high chair. Our family had such a wonderful stay. Chucky was an absolute excellent host.

Great spot for a family to enjoy some relaxation time. The house has everything we needed. Fun pool time, and pool table. Could use new pool sticks but we still had fun. Would definitely recommend and come back if available.

Anthony was a great host, we were able to get of him in an emergency and he replied right away, and solved the problem, I left my apple watch went we checked out and he was able to find it and sent it to me by mail, he was very friendly, reliable and helpful, thank you Anthony. The house was very nice and clean, had everything we needed, I strongly recommend it

The place is perfect for large groups. We were in town for a convention. 4 colleagues with their assistants shared the place. Worked out great for individual getting ready situations. Lots of room. Didn't get to use the back yard, pool, tv patio sofas. boy it looked nice, resort look. We hope to come back in 6 months, make this our usual place.

My dog got loose and Taylor helped me locate him with the ring camera. Great host!

I had an amazing stay at Kathy's tiny house! It was so cute, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Kathy was incredibly accommodating, even taking my late-night booking after a long three-day drive to Vegas. The parking space was perfect for my trailer, and I was so grateful she had room for it when no one else did. The property felt private and quiet—I honestly wondered if anyone else was even around! The best part? The bed! That mattress was incredible, and I slept better than I have in ages. I highly recommend renting this house—it's better than any other place I've stayed. Thank you, Kathy, for making my trip so wonderful!

Close to the Vegas Strip and plenty of restaurants. Gated community was nice. Home was clean with a few toiletries provided. The master bedroom bed was firm, which I liked, but my wife had trouble getting comfortable.

Great location to get to the strip within 15 minutes. Lovely place with plenty of space, and the beds were very soft and comfortable. There are plenty of household items to fit your needs, and the communication with Elvira and her team was exceptional. I left my expensive flat iron for my hair, and they were very helpful and responsive in returning it for me at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend staying here if you are interested.

Joseph's place was spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Did not use pool since it was winter. Host was responsive to two repairs and had them fixed the next day. Appreciate the fast response. Would stay again. Thanks

the location was fantastic, I wanted to be far away from the strip and busy areas of downtown vegas. the hosts were friendly and responsive, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure he's for the duration of my stay. my dogs were very comfortable and I would stay again anytime

Great spot, great host

This was the perfect casita for us and our pug. Everything was clean, convenient, and private. The dedicated dog run was great. Like others have said, the location is close enough to the strip to be convenient yet far enough away to relax. The casita is also very convenient for Mt. Charleston without dealing with traffic. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. It’s a great place!
