Stunning location right next to Zion National Park! Lovely room, very comfortable and clean! Stay included breakfast voucher at nearby local cafe, within walking distance! They had great food and service! Highly recommend, we will be going back!

We were very pleased with the accommodations at the inn especially for the price we paid. The room was extremely comfortable and centrally located that we decided to extend our stay and cancel our next nights’ accommodations on our next stop. Springdale is very charming and I would absolutely recommend the inn for couples staying in the area. We were in awe every time we stepped out the door!

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. We didn’t expect much looking at the photos and the description, but reality turned out to be much better. The house has everything that you need. The furniture is comfortable, everything works well, kitchen has all utensils, no issues with cold and hot water, internet is fast and stable. A wood furnace is an additional benefit, it works perfectly, even child can make a fire without smoke or any problems. The location is great. We traveled with dog and there is a pedestrian path right near the house. The house is in 30 minutes from Zion, that is close enough to be there before the main crowd comes. The supermarket is in 15 minutes. A special thank you for Todd. He is not only a great host, very friendly and proactive. Staying in his house you can feel that he’s cared about you: materials about the parks and trails, board games, books, wood for furnace, spices, souses in the fridge, even filter for water. Highly recommended.

Great location close to Zion and everything Springdale have to offer. The place is cozy, quiet, and has everything you need. We really enjoyed the Keurig and the ability to make breakfast every morning as we were up before most places were open.

Such a beautiful and comfy stay for our Zion trips with 4 kids. The whole cottage fits perfectly for everyone. Kids enjoy the outdoor play in the back yard, which is very tranquilizing. We also love the roof deck to stargaze and chill after a hike. Hannah was very proactive in texting us on the day of check in and check out. Clear instructions were given and easy to follow. She is also very responsive in all communication. Will definitely book this place again when we go to Zion.

We loved our stay! The house is a great location for trips to Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Kanab is a very nice town just down the road. The house was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs. We would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mitzi’s mountain cottage. It is beautifully decorated with everything you need for a carefree stay. The beds were so comfortable; just like sleeping on air. Kitchen is well stocked with lots of personal touches. She even had bath bombs in the bathroom for a relaxing bath. We had a great time and would love to return soon! Thanks Mitzi!

Peaceful and comfortable space to relax in between our trips to Bryce and Zion. Great location for our plans to see both parks, super clean and easy check in and communication. Cute cats from the neighbors keeping you company too :)

Jennifer's place is secluded close to a glamping area, though you can see neighbor's houses close by. Nice views of the mountains and stars at night. Wished the glamping campground would turn lights off at night to appreciate it more. Levi is a great attentive host. If not for him, we would not have arrived at night. Although instructions are very clear and there are posted signs, if arriving at night I would advise to download GPS map area to cellphone before entering town. You can lose cell tower reception but still have GPS coverage.

This cabin was in a perfect location to be able to explore the area. All the sites were close proximity to our area. The cabin was simple and ideal for our use. Ben provided us with clean linens, towels, dishes, and all our grilling equipment. It was small, cozy, and effective. A great home base to come back to after exploring all day. We grilled each night for dinner, theres a small grocery store down the street. Wifi & TV were great at the end of the day. Shower was hot, bed was comfy. If you are staying in the colder months, I highly recommend picking up a bundle or two of firewood for the night. The cabin gets cold, but if you get the wood furnace going it'll be a sauna in there! The Shop Coffee Co. down the road had GREAT coffee and breakfast. I'd come back to this cabin in a heartbeat. I really appreciate Ben's hospitality and allowing us to stay on this property.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb, chosen for its convenient location equidistant from Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. Ben is an excellent host—proactive and highly responsive. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with clear instructions provided. There was ample parking space right in front of the cabin entrance. The air conditioning was perfect, keeping us cozy during the chilly nights. Although the Airbnb offers a great grill with a side burner for outdoor cooking, it was too cold to cook outside. Thankfully, the cabin also came equipped with a microwave and an electric cooktop, allowing us to prepare meals comfortably indoors. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon, Zion National Parks, or the Kanab area.

Such a cute, super quiet and super clean space! I loved the location for my adventures to Zion, Bryce, Red Canyon and Kodachrome. Brad was super responsive and helpful. The stars off the porch were beautiful. There was a general store, diner and gas station within walking distance. Great shower pressure, very nice linens, stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. Honestly it was perfect for my needs and I really hope to be able to come back sometime :)
