This might be the best Air BNB I've ever stayed at! If you have the opportunity to stay here, DO IT. Here are a few highlights: * Working Vintage Pinball Machine! * Functioning Pachinko! * Enormous CD Collection! * Fabulous Decor! Incredible Layout! * Fireplace Inside! * Gorgeous Fragrant Clematis in Front! * Rock Maze out Back! * And Much More! Chris set the combination lock to our phone number, so getting in couldn't be easier. The beds are cozy and it's quiet at night. Chris checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, but I can't think of a thing he's overlooked, from the bikes in the laundry room to the coffee maker in the kitchen. Even the welcome book was peppered with little jokes. There was so much to play with and admire I can't list it all. We had a great time opening the beautiful wooden puzzle boxes, one of which has notes from previous guests. Many people left slips of paper with quotes so we added to the pile - what a fun and original guest book!

We loved our stay! The space was super fun and stylish—definitely more of an experience than just a place to sleep. It’s in a great location, close to awesome restaurants, thrift shops, the bookstore I wanted to visit, ice-skating, and even the mall. The hosts were super cool and pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. The outdoor area was beautiful, and even just enjoying it from inside (with the cool lighting) was a treat. Highly recommend!

We've stayed here three times now. We love the location and especially the giant living room and dining areas. Beautiful view of the river -- most visible in the winter when there are no leaves on the trees. Host is very welcoming and responsive. I'm sure we'll be back again!

Our stay in Josiah’s “Holley Blue” guest house was wonderful. The house is spacious, clean and cheerful and the kitchen and bathroom are extra well-equipped. The tourist attractions and shopping of the Eugene/Springfield area are easily accessible. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom & shower are roomy. There were extra towels and washcloths, which we always appreciate. The host is friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to requests. We recommend Josiah’s guest house for your stay in Springfield.

Our stay was lovely and descriptions and amenities were clear and all provided. We love to cook and there is a great walkable market nearby that has fresh fruits and vegetables and we did breakfasts and packed lunches for hikes and day trips. The neighborhood is quiet and it was nice to sit outside when the sun broke clear. Lots of spaces to spend time as a group or drift off and read a book. Felt like being at home in a different city.

The definition of cozy! The layout of the space was very nice, and the decorations made it feel very home-y. Would definitely stay again!

You'll find a cozy, conveniently located, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice to have, the shower had nice pressure. Dylan communicated clearly. The pictures are an accurate representation of the place. While there is a train you can hear in the distance - we didn't find it disruptive. Thanks Dylan!

Kate’s property was full of fun this time of year with all the Halloween decorations! It’s a beautiful setting and has everything we needed in the house.

Quiet space but close wnough to UO campus to walk. Great walking trails in the neighborhood. Perfect for a short stay but I can see how this would be very comfortable for a longer term visit.

We stayed at Ann's place for the first time, for three nights, and it was lovely. Super quiet, and every room was very clean. The garden is beautiful. Would be happy to stay again on another trip to UO.

Nice dead-end location off city road access. Thoughtful amenities and beautifully decorated space. Quite atmosphere for a restful sleep. I really appreciated being able to have my dog stay with me.

I felt at home, it was very comfortable, nice fenced in yard for my dog to romp in, all amenities I needed were there. This is now my go to place to stay in Junction City.

Cozy and comfortable

Our stay was amazing. The fully stocked kitchen was super helpful for our Thanksgiving get together. There was plenty of space for us 4 and our dog plus our relatives that came to visit for the holiday meal. Everything was clean and good quality. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This duplex is located just down the street from a grocery store and restaurants which was super convenient. We would definitely stay again.

This was our second time in the same place, and it got even better. We love this little spot because it’s very convenient. The instructions are clear. The place is very clean. We had zero problems. We hope to be back next year!

Overall this place was great for my needs. I found the secondary website to be able to actually reserve annoying though. If I'm renting through airbnb I would like to only put my info and credit card into airbnbs services. I also found unlocking the door with a app on my phone didnt always work and I'm having to stand in the rain waiting for it to unlock or lock so I can leave. You also can not take a hot shower longer than 10 min before it goes cold. But The bed was super comfortable!! Best part.
