We loved staying at Art’s! Such a cozy and lovely little basement apartment, and within walking distance of the downtown scene. Great communication from hosts. Plus the charm of the antique record player really can’t be beat. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in the area!

Perfect no-frills place to stay in Sandy. Tanner was very responsive and overall a good host. It’s in a great location for accessing little cottonwood, and the hot tub was very well maintained. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, clean place to stay with easy access to some of the best skiing in the world.

Great location, clean, just as described. Easy check in and great communication. We could hear footsteps and conversations through the floor above the space the first night, but the hosts were very responsive and gave us some quiet hours the next night to catch up on sleep.

Amazing place for a ski retreat weekend! The distance to LCC, BCC, and even Snow Basin was perfect, especially for the cost and amenities. Plenty of space for my little group and we felt right at home. Kevin (Staci!!!) was INCREDIBLY responsive and super helpful the entire time. Such a doll! A kind host makes all the difference when I travel and the communication was certainly top tier. Cookies were even left for us to bake which were perfect for a cozy, snowy night in. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in this quiet, comfy home! We had absolutely everything that we needed. The beds were super comfy, and the home was perfect for us! Karen was super responsive, gave great information, and was a gracious host! We would definitely recommend this home, and if we are back in the area, we would stay here again!

We were looking for a spacious air bnb to accommodate a large group with kids near Brighton Ski Resort. This location did not disappoint! From the time we booked, Caitlin was very responsive and took time to ensure we had an easy check-in. The garage was spacious and fit our 3 vehicles comfortably. The top living space had a filly equipped kitchen as well as enormous master bedroom and 3 additional clean bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs was an enormous basement area that had a large living space as well as 4 bedrooms and bathroom with plenty of beds and bunk beds for everyone! Teens thoroughly enjoyed their own private space while adults enjoyed our own personal area on the main floor. Caitlin was extremely helpful throughout our stay and even allowed late check in. We would definitely recommend this air bnb!

We stayed at the Pioneer House for a week over Christmas. We loved the house and found that it was cozy, warm, and well-stocked. We made much use of the kitchen, and we found everything there that we needed. Our dog was comfortable there, and the fenced-in yard was a wonderful bonus for her! Mark was very communicative and friendly, and we appreciated his responsiveness.

Love the location - easy access to everything & beautiful views from the yard. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard!

Stayed here last minute for Christmas. We found a tree up which was really thoughtful. The location was great! Very unique fun home.

Great place, clean and big. Close to restaurants. Nice club house. Only thing is the apt is bare bones you need to bring everything you need. The only things in the apt was, salt, pepper and a few laundry pods.

We needed a place to stay for 30+ days while we transitioned back to the States from living abroad. This apartment is such a great find! we felt at home right away! we love that it is pet friendly and the staff is really friendly at the complex. there is covered parking for the residents and it's really close to restaurants and stores! about a 5 min drive away. communication with H& L housing is great. they're always so responsive and helpful. we really enjoyed staying here and definitely recommend!

Stan’s place was perfect for our ski trip. Great location to drive up into Little Cottonwood canyon. The space was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Would come back!

From the first day to the last, this was a super fun place. We hardly needed to leave to enjoy ourselves! My daughter loved the ninja stars throwing, and my wife was crazy about having NBA Jam right there. I loved playing pool. The place was clean and well organized. Would definitely stay here again!

Mike’s place is very close to Little Cottonwood Canyon with astonishing mountain view. You can find all the amenities you need at this place. I would definitely recommend to stay at this property.

This home was perfect for our family of six. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, & towels, as well as beach towels for the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked and convenient. Home was tastefully decorated and we felt right at home! We loved the living room areas and had a fire in the cozy fireplace twice. As we skied, the convenient location to resorts was great! Our host was an exceptional communicator, with any questions or comments we had answered promptly & brief instructions left in the house were helpful. Home was easy to access & had plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Me and my wife came and stayed there for our anniversary and it was amazing. It had all the amenities we needed for three days. It was clean, spotless nice view Homie very much recommend if you’re looking for a nice getaway.

Taylor’s place was perfect for our family of four. It was quite a bit roomier than expected and being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. The surfaces are easy to clean, and the washer and dryer were bigger capacity than expected. The place itself had everything you could need. The only negative was that it is farther from our family in Riverton than we’d like, but you can’t beat this place for the price and with it being pet friendly!

Beautiful location out in the country. Super peaceful, quiet and private. Incredible view of the mountains. Excellent base for skiing at Deer Valley - about 30mins away. A car is a must. The place is bigger and brighter than even the photos. Very comfortable. Great temperature regulation throughout. Well equipped kitchen along with pristine bathroom w/ great water pressure as well. Highly recommended. Heber City is very underrated and I'd love to stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This home is in the perfect location close to Park city, tubing, shops, restaurants. The cleanliness of the home really stood out to us as well as the comfort of the beds and coziness of the home itself. The house is so cute on the outside and furnished and decorated so well on the inside. We had a large party of 15 and used the whole main house as well as the garage apartment and it was absolutely perfect! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay near Park City, Midway, or Heber! Thank you for a great stay!
