Holiday rentals in Spropolo

A must stay for fans of “The Godfather” The village has several scenes from the films. Take a drive to the quaint village of Savoca and have a drink in the famous “bar Vitelli” We spent our mornings walking around the village of Forza d’Agro, exploring the tiny higgledy- piggledy alleyways that went up and down with houses dotted around. Unfortunately many are not habitable but this adds to the charm. The apartment has everything that you need and has a spectacular view of the sea and surrounding houses below. The place is very clean and comfortable. The village has a number of restaurants to choose from at very reasonable prices all within walking distance from the apartment.

Forza d’Agro is a magical place. We loved our time here. It is quiet, off the beaten path with wonderful restaurants, friendly locals and spectacular views. The property itself is beautiful with roses, olive and citrus trees. We were here last year for a month and we loved it so much we had to return. The apartment is just as the photos indicate. Everything was clean, spotless and beautifully put together. I couldn’t think of a single thing we were missing. We didn’t do much in the way of cooking. Giulietta is a wonderful host as well as Emanuele. From the time of booking, to preparation of our arrival, to checking in once we arrived, Giulietta was available and more than helpful to make our stay welcoming and our needs met. We unfortunately had to have an ambulance for one of the guests and Emanuele was helpful to direct them here and do a translation. All went well if there is a need for that. Thank you for the incredible holiday! We hope to return again soon.

I had a delightful, but all to short, stay in Fiumedinisi. The home was newly renovated, spotless, and festively decorated for the 🎄 season. The place felt warm and inviting and one could tell the hosts took pride in making their guests feel welcome. A member of the host family, Marco, met me in the parking area of the town square having secured a space. He pointed out the local restaurants, bars, and points of interest - taking care to mention each place's specialty. I was escorted to the home, a minute from the square and given the grand tour that included the various aspects of the premises as well as suggestions on popular destinations and a willingness to book any tours like Mt Etna, transportation, etcetera. Marco speaks fluent 🇬🇧 and was extremely kind. He even treated me to a delicious breakfast at the small bar on the square upon checkout. I hope to return again for a longer stay. I had much to say about Fiumedinisi but ran out of room. Visit the look off across the river.

The accommodation was impeccable and convenient, very well located,close to the city center and the bus station .Daniele had put drinks , fruits and croissants in the apartment, and he was always available and helpful,super responsive..He was flexible on arrival and departure times, we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment. Thank you for hosting this really nice city and has delicious food, beautiful scenery.

Antonino's place in Santa Teresa di Riva was very modern, clean and has everything you need for a stay in Sicily. He was very welcoming and accommodating with check in and check out times, and cooked us a bbq with an assortment of meats, vegetables and fruit from his garden and bruschetta. He even helped me with a minor health issue during our stay since he is a doctor. We were very appreciative. He stays on the first floor and guests stay on the second floor. The property is gated and feels very safe. Also, the view is gorgeous!! We highly recommend Antonino's place!!

Our stay was everything we wanted and more! This apartment is exactly as described/shown. The views are spectacular. The location is great— outside the hustle and bustle of the city (but on the stairs that lead up to Taormina), right across from the beach, around the corner from the cable car, and near a few restaurants/mini-marts. Jane was lovely! Super helpful pre-and-during trip, and super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend, 5 stars!!

I had to work during our stay and had no problem with internet and virtual meetings. Easy access to shopping and a great variety of restaurants. The “most beautiful kilometre in Italy” was spectacular. Wonderful hosts, very clean and spacious condo stocked with essentials items which was greatly appreciated. First Class place…. Five Star.

The apartment is beautiful, very well-kept, set in a beautiful setting, the view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands, spectacular sunset! Beaches both free and equipped within walking distance. Claudia was really very kind in giving us directions to get there, welcoming us and giving us valuable information about the surroundings. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!
