The house has a great feel, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and lots of great outdoor space. Perfect location and hosts were amazing

We had a Lil family Vacay to get some downtime and we couldn't have asked for a better host or better stay. Very easy to find and check in. Jenny is amazing very helpful and very responsive. Beautiful home and well appointed. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thanks for having us and our fluff.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

We had a 3 night mini vacation, with our dogs. Jolene was a super host, and accepted our 3 dogs to stay. We spent most of the time at the dog beach, and the accommodation was exceptional for us with a secure undercover concrete outdoor space (where we spent almost all of our time). The unit was bigger than I expected and had everything you need. A few reviews commented on the noise, but it really isnt an issue (and im a light sleeper). We shared the space with son and partner and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay again, so many great dinning options, and literally accross the road is beach access. For our personal stay it was to take the dogs to the off leash dog beach, which is only 5 min down the road, so perfect location, easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay, and i did get to meet Jolene and she was extremely welcoming and made us all feel right at home. Highly recommend, and as reviews have said, yes the shower pressure was amazing, especially after beach day

We stayed at Wills house for 8 days and loved every moment. The quiet bush location opposite the dunes and so close to beach access was just beautiful. We had many a walk along the beach wth no one else around. The lack of light pollution for star gazing, the wildlife experiences of wallaby's, bandicoots, echidnas and Short tailed shearwaters coming in to their burrows each night was so lovely to experience. All tourist locations are within a very easy drive from the property. Beds were comfortable, Spa great, the out door shower was used many times and was lovely and warm, the living area was everything we needed - both indoor and outdoor spaces flowed together well. Hope to be back one day.

Great location right by a beautiful quiet beach. If you’re looking for a quiet little getaway with beach access this is the spot! John & his wife & their dog Indy were very nice!

Amanda’s beach house was the perfect spot for our family beach holiday. It was so homely and had all the creature comforts you could ask for. Kids had a great time, especially feeding the lorikeets with bird seed and playing backyard cricket in the beautiful and spacious backyard. It has such a lovely feel the place and we didn’t have to bother Amanda once because everything was easy to find and where it should be! Highly recommend!

Great location. Wonderful view of Port Phillip Bay. Nice outside deck with views. Good heated pool. Easy access to beach. Highly recommend. Katrina was a great host. We had a fabulous time there.

I appreciate being able to have our stay here in Nikki’s home, I feel it was value for money and Nikki was very accomodating and communicated well. I myself as an adult appreciated the soccer net and balls as a nice little addition I wasn’t aware of. I’d stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay with my family! The unit was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Jodi was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was the highlight for my kids. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Once again, we enjoyed the great location and accessibility of Sally’s place. It could not be more central to the town of Cowes, within short walking distance to the beach and dining. It has everything you need for a great holiday. We love the outside seating where the water is clearly visible and outside eating extends the holiday atmosphere.

What an amazing weekend getaway! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. There were stunning views from almost every room. The space was thoughtfully set up with the everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was centrally located with the beach across the road and the shops within walking distance. And Kathy and Dan were quick to respond and made everything very easy. Would look forward to staying here again in the future.

Lovely spot right on the beach. Easy holiday with the kids as they can head over to the beach whenever. House was as described, easy to get in and didn’t need to bother Scott for anything 🙂

We had a fantastic weekend away with our two dogs, Josh's place was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful big back yard for the boys to run around in. Walking distance to a dog friendly beach. Loved every minute!

House was fantastic, spacious and very homely. Perfect for a larger amount of guests also. Close to town but also far enough away to enjoy privacy. I definitely will be back and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you for the stay.

Adrians home was well equipped with cooking utensils pots pans plates and platters etc. Plenty of space, board games and everything we needed for a lovely family lunch for Christmas. Thoughtful touches, very clean and comfortable.

I want to say "don't go," but that's just because I want it all to myself! We come almost every summer and this place is a balm for our souls. The minute we walk in we all sigh a breath of relief to be back. Falling asleep to the sound of penguins calling out to each other in the rookeries is a magical thing. The beach frontage is superb and the view is mesmerising. The house is so brilliantly designed that our two families (8 of us) function and move about easily and the adult kids love the downstairs space for their independence. We are well aware that the kids only come for the house now and not for our company anymore! I would have to say that it is the best priced luxury on the Island. Thankyou for yet another blissful week away.

We had a big family get together and the house was perfect with everyone having a room and bathroom to themselves. The living areas were a great size and having the pool table downstairs was a fun way to spend the evenings. We loved being able to walk to Surf beach straight from the house and there was an abundance of wildlife to be seen. It’s only a short drive to all the activities and shops on Phillip Island. The house is in need of some renovation as the sea mist is causing some damage but it was clean and had everything you could need. The only downside was the air conditioner wasn’t working in one of the upstairs bedrooms (however we did have a ceiling fan) and the dooner covers should be washed after every stay whether people bring their own sheets or not. Otherwise we would absolutely recommend this as a great place to stay, we had a fabulous time.
