We had a fantastic stay at Alix and Taj's property! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Alix and Taj were wonderful hosts—helpful, friendly, and responsive. We loved the thoughtful touches like hotel-style bathroom products, fresh milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and even ramen (a big hit with the kids!). There were plenty of towels, adding to the comfort. The building lobby had a beautiful perfume—we even asked the concierge about it, though they didn’t know the scent. The location is unbeatable, with Southbank attractions nearby and easy access to public transport. We stayed over New Year’s and enjoyed a stunning view of the fireworks from The Shrine Celebration Zone—an unforgettable highlight! Highly recommend staying here, and we’d love to return. Anne’s place is clean, comfortable & quiet. Communication throughout was excellent & I liked the location with its handy transport (bus & tram) nearby, and short walk got waterfront (10 mins). I would stay here again! The apartment has everything you need in kitchen, bathroom, utility which I really appreciate when travelling. Found our way to Middle Park - 15 min walk & enjoyed the shops & restaurants there (rather than Fitzroy St)

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment for our 3 generation family celebrations. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully appointed and was brilliant for our family of 7. It is well situated in Southbank, the Australian Open tennis at Melbourne Park, the National Gallery Victoria for the Kusama exhibition, the Arts Centre for the Penn &Teller show, all within walking distance. Kate was very helpful and always responded promptly to emails and was proactive in promptly dealing with any issues. The wifi was excellent and welcome snacks much appreciated. My girlfriends and I booked Charlotte's place for a week and absolutely loved our stay. The garden is just gorgeous, and we loved the easy indoor/outdoor flow from the large living area. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was also a big bonus having two bathrooms. The local speciality supermarket is amazing - make sure you check out the deli section! With great coffee only a one minute walk away and the tramline close by we found being here so relaxing and easy. A definite must-stay if you're heading to Melbourne.

Great apartment, modern with great fittings. Good location between restaurants, cafes and the river (great to walk along into the city). The only drawback was the construction opposite, but we were aware of this before we booked, so didn’t impact us too much and outside of the control of the host! Would happily stay again if we come back to Melbourne.

We had a great stay! The apartment is spacious, very secure, well-equipped and spotless. A much better option than a hotel room, with its fantastic balcony, good-sized kitchen, lots of wardrobes and two toilets! The location was ideal, a short walk to local shops (recommend the Greek Fish & Chip Shop, Escargot French Bakery, and Grape & Grocer), and the train station. The beds were super comfy, with a few different types of pillow heights to choose from! Great quality washing machine, air-con and kitchen equipment (good pots and pans, crockery etc). I worked from the apartment at the desk provided and the wi-fi was super fast. Julia was incredibly responsive, with excellent communication. She made everything easy, from booking to check-in, and we felt very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

Kali’s house in Fitzroy feels like you are really staying in someone’s home. If you like that sense of belonging to an area, this is a great place to stay. Very close to parks if you have a dog, which was fantastic and walkable to the city. I would happily recommend to anyone coming to Melbourne for a short or long stay. X

We stayed at Katherine's beautiful house for a week which is really close to the Australian Open stadiums. When we arrived, Katherine was waiting for us and made a detailed introduction for us. The house also had a free parking area. The house is very quiet and has four quiet rooms which are well decorated and very clean. This house is close to restaurants and coles is just around the corner. Besides, it only takes 10 minutes by car from the house to CBD. We really had a nice stay here.

Our family of five enjoyed our stay. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty of space. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The location in Richmond is amazingly convenient located between trams on either Swan St or Bridge Rd taking us to everywhere we needed. The cafe across the road had nice coffee too. Yarra walkways are a short distance.

A great Airbnb will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Gary’s communication was excellent and check in was such a breeze. The house was tidy and well equipped. We stayed during hot weather and the aircon was great too!

Very nice apartment, well fitted out and in a handy location for St Kilda. Lots of local bars, cafes and restaurants. Quiet apartment considering busy location. Geri was very helpful. Would definitely return for another stay.

Had an excellent stay for 8 nights. Everything was exactly as described and perfectly clean. It was great to have condiments and everything needed for tea, coffee and breakfast - a lovely welcome touch. The area is peaceful and quiet during the day and night. Only a few minutes walk to the tram. Communication with the hosts was excellent both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Melbourne.

My husband and self enjoyed 3 nights at this airbnb and highly recommend. The apartment had a really cosy feel, was clean and welcoming. The hosts communication was on point. The views are incredible, especially at night. We really enjoyed the facilities, and had a sauna each morning to start our day. The location is excellent. We will be back.

Everything was perfect, from the location and cleanliness to the toiletries, laundry facilities, and extremely comfortable bed. The living room and bedroom offered fantastic views. Roberto, the host, was wonderful, providing a complimentary tour and driving us to breakfast, Brighton Beach, and Costco, as well as joining us for lunch. He truly went above and beyond. If you're visiting Melbourne, I highly recommend booking this condo, which is sparkling clean and has an excellent host. You won't be disappointed.

This place was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was in the apartment. The location was perfect, so close to the tram which took you straight into the city, and a short walk to the Crown and DFO. My kids loved the pool and tennis area. Julie was an exceptional host. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. Thanks again Julie for all your help. When we return to Melbourne we will definitely be booking with you again.

It was a great location, close to everything especially the trams. The unit was clean and comfortable. We were very happy with its location and easy access to everything. It suited the purpose of our trip to Melbourne.

Great location, 300m from tram, 500m from train station. Clean, quiet, super comfy bed, toiletries were a nice touch which made the place feel more luxurious, outstanding communication - best I’ve ever had with an airbnb host. Great place to stay as a solo traveller or a couple.

Excellent location on the Southbank with views as advertised; in fact everything was as advertised. Natalia was very quick and responsive to our queries. Small grocery next door and a supermarket a couple of blocks away so you don't have to spend every night eating at Melbourne's great restaurants! Pleasant walk to Flinders St Station, public transport in this city is great. Loved it!

Nahla’s place had everything you need in an Airbnb. Fun and responsive host, great shower, comfy bed and a location that could not be beat. It delivered as promised. Everything about our stay was great. We highly recommend this Airbnb.
