You are getting a prime location and brand new everything! You have access to the entire house and completely fenced in yard & driveway. Two blocks from LSU Campus and walking distance to Tiger Stadium. It really doesn't get closer than this. You can hear The Golden Band From Tigerland practicing from the front porch. This new construction home is right between Downtown and LSU. This house was completed in late August of 2022 and we have completely furnished and stocked with all new amenities.
