Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in St. Marys

I recently stayed here while visiting Mayo Clinic for the week. Michael’s place was just like staying at home away from home. His place is very clean and well kept up. It is furnished well and very welcoming. Michael was very hospitable and easy to reach with any questions I had. His responses are always prompt, including checking in mid week to ask about my stay. The location is great for a lot of things; both Mayo and St. John’s center are less than 10 minute drive. The beach is around 15 minutes. I highly recommend Michael’s place to those coming to the Jacksonville area and looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m back in the area!

Morgan was professional from the beginning to the end of the rental. Community was exceptional, left detailed information in email prior to stay and prior to departure. This was an excellent choice, utilizing this space. E. Bond 1/13/25 thru 1/17/25

This is my second time being hosted by Nakita, and it is always an excellent experience. The space is perfect for two groups (parents with kids, work colleagues) as there are two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. In unit laundry and ground floor access are added bonuses. Nakita is a very responsive and friendly host and made the whole process very easy. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place and very close to the airport! I would definitely stay here again. however, It would have been nice to already have a listing of places to eat and things to do in the area. Finding the apt was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This was my second stay at Wyman’s listing. It’s even better than the pictures. Very clean, beautiful surroundings and not too far from food and shopping.

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb for a month, and it was an amazing experience. The apartment is modern, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials you might need for a comfortable stay. Luke was an outstanding host. He was extremely accommodating, responsive, and always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made all the difference. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay! I am definitely going to be looking to stay here again.

The place and host was great. Whenever I had a question or problem he responded within 10minutes. Even left us out a bottle complementary wine. 10/10 would book again. Great location. Shopping center literally 8 minutes from the apt.

Great condo near the beach and St. Simons village/pier. Several playgrounds are nearby and the pool is across the parking lot. Very friendly and responsive management.

We had a great stay! This place is so pretty. The kitchen is well-stocked with nice items, we had everything we needed to easily cook meals. Love their recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and the home is very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the balcony with the comfy chairs and view of the ocean. They’ve thought of everything, all the way down to a cooler you can borrow and take to the pool or beach. We love the hats that were gifted and we will definitely be returning in the summer!

This was a first vacation in over four years. I am a caregiver. This home was a gift…..that kept on giving. Welcoming, thoughtfully decorated. We did not want for anything. It was spotless. So many touches to make you feel personally welcome.Great location. We will be back! We will definitely be back .

Laurel is a great host! She gave us a bunch of recommendations and was very accommodating. The place was very clean, spacious and in close proximity to restaurants and local attractions. Definitely worth a stay if you’re planning a trip to St. Simons!

The home was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room to spread out and to spend time together. Loved that there were games to play. Are was peaceful. Plenty of parking and an easy walk to the village and waterfront. Host was super responsive and friendly any time we reached out.

We had a lovely time on St. Simons at Myron & Marie’s place. The home was perfect for our family - including 4 young kids. Shockingly quiet - you’d never know you had neighbors. Plenty of comfy beds and we loved the pools. It was so nice to have a break from the sand and have the option of a pool. We made use of the games and even had a movie night. Fort Frederica, the lighthouse, pier, Village, Neptune Park, & Driftwood Beach (must see high and low tides!) on Jekyll were truly a great blend of things to do. Marie & Myron were also beyond accommodating when unfortunate weather cut our trip short. We hope to someday make it back to the island! We can not say enough good things about our stay. Thank you for a wonderful memory filled vacation!

Let me start with Madia was fantastic and very quick to respond. I would definitely visit this place again the condo was spacious and clean. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood and was close to many dining options. The condo is decorated wonderfully the beds are comfortable the linens are clean and comfortable. The living area was a great place for the family to come together and talk. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting St Simmons.

Tina was thoughtful and easy to work with. The space was impeccably clean, safe, very pleasant, had excellent amenities, and the location was outstanding. It truly felt like home. Thank you, Tina, for allowing us to stay there!

The house was spacious and beautiful. The area was very quiet and depending on when you stay the location has a lot of events and activities including a pool and jacuzzi on site. The neighbors were friendly also. It’s close to restaurants and shopping and not too far from downtown. Marcel and Angela were awesome hosts and I would love to stay again whenever I’m in town.

We were looking for a house close to the venue where my daughter’s wedding was getting married and could not have picked a better place. The house was exactly as described online and had plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and an overall great experience using Airbnb for the first time. This place was great for a guys fishing trip! Plenty of beds and room for activities. Just down the road from Palms Fish Camp Restaurant (walking distance) and not far from the bait shop (Brown's Fish Camp). Would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing experience staying at Tracy's ! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, it was close to restaurants, and beaches, also had a great view of the lake.
