Welcome to Boca Ciega Oasis! The "Oasis" suite 409 has been totally remodeled in January 2022. This includes a new queen sofa couch in LR, new refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, and balcony tables and chairs. The 4th-floor view is the best but 409 is also centered beautifully to take in the expansive Boca Ciega Bay! Directly below the balcony is the swimming pool, Hot tub, and observation pier! The marina is to your left. See all while sitting in our bar height chairs and tables.

This is a cozy converted workshop with all the amenities of a traditional home! You'll have a comfy bed that sleeps 2 with an air mattress upon request, TV with streaming capabilities, WiFi, air conditioning, W/D, closet space, cooking stuff, & bathroom. If you love tiny homes, you'll love this. Because of it being a converted workshop, it still has that feeling in some regard. It's a little rustic, but still charming. It's not a hotel, nor does it try to be. Pets are welcome.

This comfortable, private apartment is located above the detached garage of a restored 1930 house situated on a triple lot in one of the best neighborhoods in town. It's very close to lively downtown St. Pete, yet very quiet and private. The koi pond with cascading waterfalls is one feature of the lush jungly yard with pool and hot tub. A new 55" Samsung smart TV has just been installed. Enjoy Spectrum cable or sign into your streaming services.

Charming apartment in Historic Kenwood

Cute, spacious apartment located in Historic Kenwood, which was named 2020 “Neighborhood of the year” by NUSA. Our apartment is above our large garage. Lots of charm and just enough space to spread out a little for some privacy. Located close to downtown, walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries and bars but still a short drive to our beautiful beaches. You access the apartment through our side gate and up an exterior stairway.

Great view of water. Especially beautiful sunsets! Top floor end unit for privacy. Pinellas trail across the street to ride your bike or hike, a beautiful 38 mile trail. Plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery stores. Only 8 min drive to beach. 15 min from downtown St. Pete. Enjoy pool and hot tub overlooking the intercoastal or stay indoors and enjoy puzzles and games.
